I couldn't get any help from the dealership.. now it has a problem with a sensor and it also has rust in many areas.. stay away, spend a little more and get a higher quality brand

    I have it for 3 months now and I am quite satisfied. I can't say it's quiet, it does make noise but not like my old washing machine. Definitely, it is not as quiet as the LG ones which are indeed almost silent. However, the noise is not audible if you close the door of the room where you have placed it.
    It has enough programs for all types of clothes, while the drum is quite large and can fit a lot of clothes.
    It gives you the option to only dry or only wash, while in some programs you can also change the temperature or the number of spins in the spin cycle.
    The same applies to drying, it has some preset programs but there is also the option to adjust the drying time yourself.
    I would like the power cord to be a bit longer, it is 1.5 meters and because it is diametrically opposite from my socket, it barely reaches.
    Finally, it is cleaned quite easily - the lint - after a drying cycle!

    For the model fwdg97168ws. From the beginning, I was not satisfied... the clothes do not wash well, I may need to do a second wash. It does not have a program at 90 degrees, I thought at first that if it was efficient, there is no need to wash at high temperatures, but for whites, it is disappointing. I have had it for 2 years and have used the dryer very minimally, only when I had 2 clothes it actually did its job!! But eventually, at 1.5 years, the washing machine started to get stuck in the programs and not complete them. In the regular wash, it does it sometimes, but in drying, while it goes through the process at some point it shows an error and stops.

    I bought it 2.5 years ago. Daily use with frequent washes due to the new addition to the family. It washes very well, with a lot of noise during the spin cycle, which is understandable. The dryer needs the program with longer hours to dry them well because with the simpler ones, they come out quite damp. It didn't work for 2 summers for 3 months because we were away. 5 months after the warranty expired, it started making a lot of noise and the dryer didn't work at all. A representative came and told us that the dryer's fan broke, a bearing supporting the drum broke, and the drum itself cracked at some point. They told me they don't know why it happened and of course, it's not worth fixing. Overall, for 2.5 years, it's a lot of money for someone to invest in this machine.

    I have it for 3 months now and I am quite satisfied. I can't say it's quiet, it does make noise but not like my old washing machine. Definitely, it is not as quiet as the LG ones which are indeed almost silent. However, the noise is not audible if you close the door of the room where you have placed it.
    It has enough programs for all types of clothes, while the drum is quite large and can fit a lot of clothes.
    It gives you the option to only dry or only wash, while in some programs you can also change the temperature or the number of spins in the spin cycle.
    The same applies to drying, it has some preset programs but there is also the option to adjust the drying time yourself.
    I would like the power cord to be a bit longer, it is 1.5 meters and because it is diametrically opposite from my socket, it barely reaches.
    Finally, it is cleaned quite easily - the lint - after a drying cycle!

    For the model fwdg97168ws. From the beginning, I was not satisfied... the clothes do not wash well, I may need to do a second wash. It does not have a program at 90 degrees, I thought at first that if it was efficient, there is no need to wash at high temperatures, but for whites, it is disappointing. I have had it for 2 years and have used the dryer very minimally, only when I had 2 clothes it actually did its job!! But eventually, at 1.5 years, the washing machine started to get stuck in the programs and not complete them. In the regular wash, it does it sometimes, but in drying, while it goes through the process at some point it shows an error and stops.

    I bought it 2.5 years ago. Daily use with frequent washes due to the new addition to the family. It washes very well, with a lot of noise during the spin cycle, which is understandable. The dryer needs the program with longer hours to dry them well because with the simpler ones, they come out quite damp. It didn't work for 2 summers for 3 months because we were away. 5 months after the warranty expired, it started making a lot of noise and the dryer didn't work at all. A representative came and told us that the dryer's fan broke, a bearing supporting the drum broke, and the drum itself cracked at some point. They told me they don't know why it happened and of course, it's not worth fixing. Overall, for 2.5 years, it's a lot of money for someone to invest in this machine.
