In less than 7 months, the rotation rotor broke. After many phone calls, a technician came and we waited 2 months for the spare part. After its installation, of course, it never dried and constantly interrupts drying with indications 5C or 9C just like from the day we bought it. During spinning, it sounds like a helicopter taking off, to the point that because I have small children, I avoid using it at night because it wakes them up. We spoke again with customer service and on WhatsApp, I sent photos and videos, and they told us that the technician would call us again. Of course, no one has called in 1 month now. In short, there is no quality or after-sales service, and the spare parts had "made in China" written on them. I would not buy Samsung again, not even as a joke.
Σε λιγότερο από 7 μήνες χάλασε ο ρότορας περιστροφής. Μετά από πολλά τηλέφωνα ήρθε τεχνικός και αναμονή 2 μήνες για το ανταλλακτικό. Μετά την τοποθέτηση του, φυσικά δεν στέγνωσε ποτέ και κάνει μόνιμα διακοπή στο στέγνωμα με ενδείξεις 5C ή 9C όπως δλδ από τη μέρα που το αγοράσαμε. Στο δε στήψιμο κάνει σαν να απογειώνεται ελικόπτερο, σε βαθμό που επειδή έχω μικρά παιδιά να αποφεύγω να το βάζω νύχτα γιατί τα ξυπνάει. Τα ξαναείπαμε στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και στο whats up, έστειλα φωτογραφίες και video, μας είπαν θα μας καλέσει πάλι ο τεχνικός. Φυσικά κάνεις δεν έχει καλέσει 1 μήνα τώρα. Με λίγα λόγια, δεν υπάρχει ποιότητα ούτε after sales service καθώς και τα ανταλλακτικά έγραφαν made in China πάνω. Δε θα αγόραζα ξανά samsung ούτε για αστείο.

After 1.5 years of use with great care and maintenance, it has broken twice within 3 months in its spare parts (pump and thermostat). I have heard that washing dryers generally have problems, that's why I chose to buy something more expensive to get better quality.. I am not satisfied with the company.. obviously their spare parts are of very low quality.. I regret not choosing a cheaper brand.. now, if the warranty expires in a few months, I will be spending money on spare parts that don't even have a warranty..

Έχω ακούσει ότι γενικά βγάζουν προβλήματα τα πλυντήρια στεγνωτηρια γι αυτό κι επέλεξα να πάρω κάτι πιο ακριβό για να βγει πιο καλό.. δεν έχω μείνει ευχαριστημένη από την εταιρία.. προφανώς τα ανταλλακτικά τους είναι πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας.. μετάνιωσα που δεν προτίμησα μια μάρκα πιο φθηνή.. τώρα άμα τελειώσει σε μερικούς μήνες η εγγύηση μου θα δίνω λεφτά σε ανταλλακτικά που δεν έχουν καν εγγύηση..
I have a serious issue with the dryer. Despite following the capacity guidelines for using it as a dryer, clothes are dripping water in 80% of the times. To the point where I wonder if I pressed the button for drying!! I do not recommend it.
Έχω σοβαρό θέμα με το στεγνωτήριο.Παρ'όλο που τηρώ την χωρητικότητα για την χρήση ως στεγνωτήριο,τα ρούχα στο 80% των φορών, στάζουν νερό.Σε σημείο που αναρωτιέμαι αν πάτησα το κουμπί για στέγνωμα!!Δεν το προτείνω.
The only negative thing so far is that the temperature cannot be adjusted for drying (clothes that are okay for dryer are generally divided into "low" and "high" temperature for drying, from what I understand). Of course, even those that I put on low drying temperature had no problem (I just tried not to run the drying cycle longer than necessary). The towels come out truly amazing. Two hats that I put in without a label, one shrank a bit, the other loosened a lot, even though it was quite tight. These issues can be dealt with by any dryer if you don't know. It seems to really remove lint to a great extent, but I don't have a complete picture yet. It's impressive how little noise it makes even at 1400 RPM. I have it in the bathroom (next room) and with the door closed, I can't hear it at all. Especially the first few times I used it, I would go check every now and then to see if it stopped washing for some reason. Edit: with a bit more clothes at 1400 RPM, it does make some noise during the final spin. Still, it's not something terrible, but definitely something noticeable. Otherwise, it is very quiet.
Μοναδικό αρνητικό μέχρι τώρα ότι δε ρυθμίζεται η θερμοκρασία για το στέγνωμα (τα ρούχα που είναι οκ για στεγνωρήριο γενικά χωρίζονται σε "χαμηλή" και "υψηλή" θερμοκρασία για στέγνωμα απ' ότι έχω καταλάβει). Βέβαια ακόμα κι αυτά που έβαλα κι έλεγαν σε χαμηλή θερμοκρασία στέγνωμα, δεν είχαν κανένα πρόβλημα (προσπάθησα μόνο να μην τρέχει παραπάνω ώρα το στέγνωμα απ' όση χρειάζεται). Βγαίνουν όντως καταπληκτικά οι πετσέτες. 2 σκουφιά που έβαλα και δεν είχαν καρτελάκι, το ένα ήπιε λίγο, το άλλο χαλάρωσε πολύ, ενώ ήταν αρκετά σφιχτό. Αυτά θα τα αντιμετωπίσει κανείς με οποιοδήποτε στεγνωτήριο βέβαια αν δε γνωρίζει. Τρίχες φαίνεται όντως να αφαιρεί σε μεγάλο βαθμό, αλλά δεν έχω πλήρη εικόνα ακόμα. Εντυπωσιακό το πόσο λίγο ακούγεται ακόμα και στις 1400 στροφές. Εγώ το έχω στο μπάνιο (διπλανό δωμάτιο) και με κλειστή την πόρτα του, δεν το ακούω καν. Ειδικά τις πρώτες φορές που το έβαλα πήγαινα κάθε τόσο να δω αν σταμάτησε να πλένει για κάποιο λόγο. Edit: με λίγο πιο πολλά ρούχα στις 1400 ακούγεται τελικά στο τελικό στυψιμο. Και πάλι όχι κάτι τρομερό, αλλά σίγουρα όχι και κάτι που δεν το καταλαβαίνεις. Κατά τ άλλα είναι πολύ ήσυχο.
I bought it before Christmas 2021 for around 450 Euros. It washes perfectly fine (I had a Bosch before, no difference), it is quiet, and it dries perfectly fine. With 3 kids, a dog, and cats, we do 2 loads of laundry per day.
It removes all the pet hair from the clothes, which usually gets stuck with the washing machine! It doesn't collect it in a filter but it stays on the rubber inside the door and it cleans easily and quickly. It only has one drawback, drying at low temperature. I noticed it from the beginning and didn't expect to need it, but it's a minor issue. You need to be careful with the clothing labels, not all of them are suitable for the dryer. We made a mistake on the first use and 1-2 items got damaged, but it was our fault. Some items require drying at low temperature according to their label, they can be put in the dryer but for a short time (we'll see if it's permanent on their second wash). We haven't found a solution yet for the bed sheets, they came out very wrinkled the first time. Maybe they need to be folded as I saw elsewhere. However, the towels and all cotton items come out amazing! In short, we got rid of hanging clothes, we only have 2-3 items left each time instead of two full drying racks. It's a very good solution, it does exactly what it promises and at a low cost of ownership. I will come back for reliability over time and cost of use.
Το αγόρασα πριν τα Χριστούγεννα 2021 γύρω στα 450 Ε. Πλένει μια χαρά (είχα Bosch ως τώρα, καμμία διαφορά), είναι αθόρυβο και στεγνώνει μια χαρά. Με 3 παιδιά, σκυλί, γατιά, βαζουμε 2 πλύσεις τη μέρα.
Αφαιρεί όλη την τρίχα από τα ρούχα, που με το πλυντήριο μόνο μένει κολλημένη! Δεν τη βγάζει σε φίλτρο αλλά μένει στο λάστιχο της πόρτας εσωτερικά και καθαρίζει αμέσως και εύκολα. Έχει μία έλλειψη μόνο, το στέγνωμα σε χαμηλή θερμοκρασία. Το είχα δει από την αρχή και δεν περίμενα ότι θα χρειαζόταν, μικρό το κακό όμως. Θέλει προσοχή στις εττικέτες των ρούχων, δεν είναι όλα για στεγνωτήριο. Την πατήσαμε στην πρώτη χρήση και 1-2 μπήκαν, εμείς φταίμε όμως. Επίσης κάποια θέλουν στέγνωμα σε χαμηλή θερμοκρασία σύμφωνα με την εττικέτα τους, μπαίνουν και αυτά αλλά πολύ λίγο (στο δεύτερο πλύσιμό τους θα δούμε αν είναι μόνιμο). Με τα σεντόνια δεν βρήκαμε λύση ακόμα, βγήκαν πολύ τσαλακωμένα την πρώτη φορά. Ίσως πρέπει να μπαίνουν διπλωμένα όπως είδα αλλού. Οι πετσέτες πάντως και όλα τα βαμβακερά βγαίνουν απίθανα! Εν συντομία απαλλαγήκαμε από το άπλωμα, μένουν 2-3 ρούχα κάθε φορά αντί για 2 απλώστρες φουλ. Πολύ καλή λύση, κάνει ακριβώς αυτό που υπόσχεται και με χαμηλό κόστος κτήσης. Για την αξιοπιστία στο χρόνο και το κόστος χρήσης θα επανέλθω.
I live in Rhodes and during the winter, there is a lot of humidity, which made the clothes not dry quickly and also smell, even if they were drying inside the house with the dehumidifier on for many hours. Μένω στη Ρόδο και τον χειμώνα έχει αρκετή υγρασία πράγμα που έκανε τα ρούχα να μην στεγνώνουν γρήγορα αλλά και να μυρίζουν, ακόμα και αν στέγνωναν μέσα στο σπίτι με τον αφυγραντήρα αναμμένο πολλές ώρες. Μετά από πάρα πολύ μεγάλη έρευνα κατέληξα σε αυτό το μοντέλο της Samsung. Γενικά να γνωρίζετε πέρα από τα Miele, οι επόμενες δύο καλύτερες εταιρείες είναι η Samsung και η LG. Δεν περίμενα να είναι τόσο καλό είναι η αλήθεια. Τόσο στο καθάρισμα και ακόμα παραπάνω στο στέγνωμα. Είναι η μοναδική εταιρεία που προσφέρει προς το παρόν σε αυτά τα λεφτά λειτουργία φυσαλίδων που βοηθάει στο καθάρισμα δύσκολων λακέδων. Το στέγνωμα επίσης είναι απίστευτα καλό χωρίς να τσαλακώνει τα ρούχα. Είναι σχεδόν αθόρυβο στο στέγνωμα, αλλά στην πλύση όταν στύβει το ακούς. Έχει κουμπιά αφής, πράγμα που σε δίνει αίσθηση ότι είναι καλοφτιαγμένο. Στιβαρή κατασκευή. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Το αγόρασα τώρα Ιούλιο 2022. 1η φορα χρησιμοποιω στεγνωτηριο / πλυντηριο-στεγνωτηριο και ειπα να δοκιμασω με σεντονια/πετσετες. επιγραμματικα ενα εναμισαρι κατοσεντονο, μια παπλωματοθηκη που χρησιμοποιουσα σαν σεντονι, μια μαξιλαροθηκη μια λεπτη πετσετα σωματος και μια πετσετα χεριων. τα βαλα πρωτα για πλυσιμο και αφου τελειωσε εβαλα με το χερι την επιλογη cotton dry, μετα απο περιπου 4 ωρες και 40κατι λεπτα τελειωσε, βρωμανε ολα καμμενα, το κατοσεντονο και η πετσετα χασανε και λιγο ως πολυ χρωμα. τι εκανα λαθος? απο βαρος στεγνα τα 5 κιλα δε νομιζω να τα περασα μιας και λεει 8 πλυσιμο 5 στεγνωμα. ογκωδη ειναι που και παλι δε πιαναν ολο το χωρο. help
Update: δοκιμασα στο αλλο προγραμμα που ρυθμιζεις την ωρα και αναγνωριζει υγρασια μονο του για λιγο κατω απο ωρα (στη μια ωρα το βαλα αλλα το σταματησα προωρα) χωρις τη παπλωματοθηκη οποτε ο καδος ηταν ο μισος αδειος. Οταν το σταματησα ηταν καυτα, βρεγμενα σε διαφορετικο βαθμο μεταξυ τους και ηδη ειχαν αρχισει να χουν σε μικρο βαθμο αυτη τη μποχα παλι. μηπως το λαθος ειναι οτι εβαλα σεντονι και πετσετα μαζι οποτε κρατανε αλλη υγρασια μεταξυ τους (η πετσετα ειναι που ομως ειχε αρχισει να μυρίζει).
Βάλατε λίγα ρούχα για 4 ώρες στέγνωμα, αυτό είναι λάθος . Τα 3 κιλά ρούχα θέλουν μια ώρα στέγνωμα κι τα 5 κιλά ρούχα θέλουν δυόμιση ώρες. Φυσικά κι βάζουμε σεντόνια κι πετσέτες μαζί . Μην απογοητεύστε, δοκιμάστε ξανα.

Πράγματι νομίζω απ' τις καλύτερες αγορές που έχω κάνει.. Εξαιρετικό σε όλα τού. Πλύσιμο,στέγνωμα, λειτουργία και ελάχιστα θόρυβο. Αξίζει και με το παραπάνω.
After 1.5 years of use with great care and maintenance, it has broken twice within 3 months in its spare parts (pump and thermostat). I have heard that washing dryers generally have problems, that's why I chose to buy something more expensive to get better quality.. I am not satisfied with the company.. obviously their spare parts are of very low quality.. I regret not choosing a cheaper brand.. now, if the warranty expires in a few months, I will be spending money on spare parts that don't even have a warranty..
Μετά από 1.5 χρόνο χρήσης με πολύ προσοχή και περιποίηση μου έχει χαλάσει δύο φορές μέσα σε 3 μήνες στα ανταλλακτικά του (αντλία και θερμοστάτη). Έχω ακούσει ότι γενικά βγάζουν προβλήματα τα πλυντήρια στεγνωτηρια γι αυτό κι επέλεξα να πάρω κάτι πιο ακριβό για να βγει πιο καλό.. δεν έχω μείνει ευχαριστημένη από την εταιρία.. προφανώς τα ανταλλακτικά τους είναι πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας.. μετάνιωσα που δεν προτίμησα μια μάρκα πιο φθηνή.. τώρα άμα τελειώσει σε μερικούς μήνες η εγγύηση μου θα δίνω λεφτά σε ανταλλακτικά που δεν έχουν καν εγγύηση..
I have a serious issue with the dryer. Despite following the capacity guidelines for using it as a dryer, clothes are dripping water in 80% of the times. To the point where I wonder if I pressed the button for drying!! I do not recommend it.
Έχω σοβαρό θέμα με το στεγνωτήριο.Παρ'όλο που τηρώ την χωρητικότητα για την χρήση ως στεγνωτήριο,τα ρούχα στο 80% των φορών, στάζουν νερό.Σε σημείο που αναρωτιέμαι αν πάτησα το κουμπί για στέγνωμα!!Δεν το προτείνω.
The only negative thing so far is that the temperature cannot be adjusted for drying (clothes that are okay for dryer are generally divided into "low" and "high" temperature for drying, from what I understand). Of course, even those that I put on low drying temperature had no problem (I just tried not to run the drying cycle longer than necessary). The towels come out truly amazing. Two hats that I put in without a label, one shrank a bit, the other loosened a lot, even though it was quite tight. These issues can be dealt with by any dryer if you don't know. It seems to really remove lint to a great extent, but I don't have a complete picture yet. It's impressive how little noise it makes even at 1400 RPM. I have it in the bathroom (next room) and with the door closed, I can't hear it at all. Especially the first few times I used it, I would go check every now and then to see if it stopped washing for some reason. Edit: with a bit more clothes at 1400 RPM, it does make some noise during the final spin. Still, it's not something terrible, but definitely something noticeable. Otherwise, it is very quiet.
Μοναδικό αρνητικό μέχρι τώρα ότι δε ρυθμίζεται η θερμοκρασία για το στέγνωμα (τα ρούχα που είναι οκ για στεγνωρήριο γενικά χωρίζονται σε "χαμηλή" και "υψηλή" θερμοκρασία για στέγνωμα απ' ότι έχω καταλάβει). Βέβαια ακόμα κι αυτά που έβαλα κι έλεγαν σε χαμηλή θερμοκρασία στέγνωμα, δεν είχαν κανένα πρόβλημα (προσπάθησα μόνο να μην τρέχει παραπάνω ώρα το στέγνωμα απ' όση χρειάζεται). Βγαίνουν όντως καταπληκτικά οι πετσέτες. 2 σκουφιά που έβαλα και δεν είχαν καρτελάκι, το ένα ήπιε λίγο, το άλλο χαλάρωσε πολύ, ενώ ήταν αρκετά σφιχτό. Αυτά θα τα αντιμετωπίσει κανείς με οποιοδήποτε στεγνωτήριο βέβαια αν δε γνωρίζει. Τρίχες φαίνεται όντως να αφαιρεί σε μεγάλο βαθμό, αλλά δεν έχω πλήρη εικόνα ακόμα. Εντυπωσιακό το πόσο λίγο ακούγεται ακόμα και στις 1400 στροφές. Εγώ το έχω στο μπάνιο (διπλανό δωμάτιο) και με κλειστή την πόρτα του, δεν το ακούω καν. Ειδικά τις πρώτες φορές που το έβαλα πήγαινα κάθε τόσο να δω αν σταμάτησε να πλένει για κάποιο λόγο. Edit: με λίγο πιο πολλά ρούχα στις 1400 ακούγεται τελικά στο τελικό στυψιμο. Και πάλι όχι κάτι τρομερό, αλλά σίγουρα όχι και κάτι που δεν το καταλαβαίνεις. Κατά τ άλλα είναι πολύ ήσυχο.
I bought it before Christmas 2021 for around 450 Euros. It washes perfectly fine (I had a Bosch before, no difference), it is quiet, and it dries perfectly fine. With 3 kids, a dog, and cats, we do 2 loads of laundry per day.
It removes all the pet hair from the clothes, which usually gets stuck with the washing machine! It doesn't collect it in a filter but it stays on the rubber inside the door and it cleans easily and quickly. It only has one drawback, drying at low temperature. I noticed it from the beginning and didn't expect to need it, but it's a minor issue. You need to be careful with the clothing labels, not all of them are suitable for the dryer. We made a mistake on the first use and 1-2 items got damaged, but it was our fault. Some items require drying at low temperature according to their label, they can be put in the dryer but for a short time (we'll see if it's permanent on their second wash). We haven't found a solution yet for the bed sheets, they came out very wrinkled the first time. Maybe they need to be folded as I saw elsewhere. However, the towels and all cotton items come out amazing! In short, we got rid of hanging clothes, we only have 2-3 items left each time instead of two full drying racks. It's a very good solution, it does exactly what it promises and at a low cost of ownership. I will come back for reliability over time and cost of use.
Το αγόρασα πριν τα Χριστούγεννα 2021 γύρω στα 450 Ε. Πλένει μια χαρά (είχα Bosch ως τώρα, καμμία διαφορά), είναι αθόρυβο και στεγνώνει μια χαρά. Με 3 παιδιά, σκυλί, γατιά, βαζουμε 2 πλύσεις τη μέρα.
Αφαιρεί όλη την τρίχα από τα ρούχα, που με το πλυντήριο μόνο μένει κολλημένη! Δεν τη βγάζει σε φίλτρο αλλά μένει στο λάστιχο της πόρτας εσωτερικά και καθαρίζει αμέσως και εύκολα. Έχει μία έλλειψη μόνο, το στέγνωμα σε χαμηλή θερμοκρασία. Το είχα δει από την αρχή και δεν περίμενα ότι θα χρειαζόταν, μικρό το κακό όμως. Θέλει προσοχή στις εττικέτες των ρούχων, δεν είναι όλα για στεγνωτήριο. Την πατήσαμε στην πρώτη χρήση και 1-2 μπήκαν, εμείς φταίμε όμως. Επίσης κάποια θέλουν στέγνωμα σε χαμηλή θερμοκρασία σύμφωνα με την εττικέτα τους, μπαίνουν και αυτά αλλά πολύ λίγο (στο δεύτερο πλύσιμό τους θα δούμε αν είναι μόνιμο). Με τα σεντόνια δεν βρήκαμε λύση ακόμα, βγήκαν πολύ τσαλακωμένα την πρώτη φορά. Ίσως πρέπει να μπαίνουν διπλωμένα όπως είδα αλλού. Οι πετσέτες πάντως και όλα τα βαμβακερά βγαίνουν απίθανα! Εν συντομία απαλλαγήκαμε από το άπλωμα, μένουν 2-3 ρούχα κάθε φορά αντί για 2 απλώστρες φουλ. Πολύ καλή λύση, κάνει ακριβώς αυτό που υπόσχεται και με χαμηλό κόστος κτήσης. Για την αξιοπιστία στο χρόνο και το κόστος χρήσης θα επανέλθω.

The drying is also incredibly good without wrinkling the clothes. It is almost silent during drying, but you can hear it when it spins during washing. Μένω στη Ρόδο και τον χειμώνα έχει αρκετή υγρασία πράγμα που έκανε τα ρούχα να μην στεγνώνουν γρήγορα αλλά και να μυρίζουν, ακόμα και αν στέγνωναν μέσα στο σπίτι με τον αφυγραντήρα αναμμένο πολλές ώρες. Μετά από πάρα πολύ μεγάλη έρευνα κατέληξα σε αυτό το μοντέλο της Samsung. Γενικά να γνωρίζετε πέρα από τα Miele, οι επόμενες δύο καλύτερες εταιρείες είναι η Samsung και η LG. Δεν περίμενα να είναι τόσο καλό είναι η αλήθεια. Τόσο στο καθάρισμα και ακόμα παραπάνω στο στέγνωμα. Είναι η μοναδική εταιρεία που προσφέρει προς το παρόν σε αυτά τα λεφτά λειτουργία φυσαλίδων που βοηθάει στο καθάρισμα δύσκολων λακέδων. Το στέγνωμα επίσης είναι απίστευτα καλό χωρίς να τσαλακώνει τα ρούχα. Είναι σχεδόν αθόρυβο στο στέγνωμα, αλλά στην πλύση όταν στύβει το ακούς. Έχει κουμπιά αφής, πράγμα που σε δίνει αίσθηση ότι είναι καλοφτιαγμένο. Στιβαρή κατασκευή. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
In less than 7 months, the rotation rotor broke. After many phone calls, a technician came and we waited 2 months for the spare part. After its installation, of course, it never dried and constantly interrupts drying with indications 5C or 9C just like from the day we bought it. During spinning, it sounds like a helicopter taking off, to the point that because I have small children, I avoid using it at night because it wakes them up. We spoke again with customer service and on WhatsApp, I sent photos and videos, and they told us that the technician would call us again. Of course, no one has called in 1 month now. In short, there is no quality or after-sales service, and the spare parts had "made in China" written on them. I would not buy Samsung again, not even as a joke.
Σε λιγότερο από 7 μήνες χάλασε ο ρότορας περιστροφής. Μετά από πολλά τηλέφωνα ήρθε τεχνικός και αναμονή 2 μήνες για το ανταλλακτικό. Μετά την τοποθέτηση του, φυσικά δεν στέγνωσε ποτέ και κάνει μόνιμα διακοπή στο στέγνωμα με ενδείξεις 5C ή 9C όπως δλδ από τη μέρα που το αγοράσαμε. Στο δε στήψιμο κάνει σαν να απογειώνεται ελικόπτερο, σε βαθμό που επειδή έχω μικρά παιδιά να αποφεύγω να το βάζω νύχτα γιατί τα ξυπνάει. Τα ξαναείπαμε στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και στο whats up, έστειλα φωτογραφίες και video, μας είπαν θα μας καλέσει πάλι ο τεχνικός. Φυσικά κάνεις δεν έχει καλέσει 1 μήνα τώρα. Με λίγα λόγια, δεν υπάρχει ποιότητα ούτε after sales service καθώς και τα ανταλλακτικά έγραφαν made in China πάνω. Δε θα αγόραζα ξανά samsung ούτε για αστείο.
Indeed, I think it's one of the best purchases I've made.. Excellent in all aspects. Washing, drying, operation, and minimal noise. It's worth it and more.
