The only complaint is that they arrived with a scratch on the top (probably from the manufacturing machine?), which I noticed after opening the package and after the courier company employee had left. Since I will only be using them on the balcony, and from what I have observed, they do not let water through, I did not bother contacting the store. It would be good to better inspect the products before they are sent.
