The Rockrose contains an extremely effective combination of antioxidants. A cup of concentrated tea has the same effect as a daily dose of vitamin C (as ascorbic acid). It has been found to detoxify the body and eliminate toxic heavy metals, which come from cigarette smoke, dental fillings, and environmental pollution.

• In a cup of fresh boiling water, add 1 teaspoon of Rockrose.
• Let the herb steep for 5-7 minutes and strain.
