Bamboo is a 100% natural material.

The diameter of dried bamboo canes at the top is smaller than the diameter at the base. This is because bamboo is a tree. Like any tree trunk, its diameter is larger at the base than at the top. The size variation of bamboo canes shows deviation, as it is a natural material and not an industrialized product. For example, a bamboo cane Ø10-12 x 400cm on the thicker side, its diameter will be about 10 to 12 cm.

In Greek weather conditions, the canes may show some cracks due to temperature and humidity fluctuations. The cracks do not affect the integrity of the canes.

Bamboo canes are widely used in Greece as decorations, either painted or in their natural color, as well as for durable outdoor constructions such as kiosks, beach umbrellas, showers, etc. They are also used in agriculture for plant support.
