They took it on November 7th and until today, November 25th, they haven't brought it back, haven't fixed it, nor replaced it. Whatever... we've been so many days without a washing machine with a 3-month-old baby at home... Unacceptable and they keep me waiting. Stay away from Samsung. I never had a problem with another company... Far away, far away, far away...
