    It does not have a resistance program only down or only up unfortunately.. when you put the fan on top down it does not bake the food from below at all. so I put them on the resistors up and down and completely down in the oven not even on the grill because it does not bake. it has many programs with grill that I think just burn the food externally only. it is not worth the money due to programs at all
