Ideal for furniture makers, auto body shops (dry sanding).

  • Sheet Size: 23cm X 28cm
  • Grain Density: 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220, 240, 280, 320, 400

Choosing the right grain density depends on how smooth we want to make the surface:

  • Smaller numbers, meaning fewer and larger particles per mm², are ideal for quickly smoothing rough surfaces.
  • Larger numbers, meaning more and smaller particles per mm², are ideal for intense sanding and a smooth finish.

Typically, when sanding a surface, we start with medium grain numbers (e.g., No 80-100) and then sand for more detailed and careful work with larger grain numbers (e.g., No 180-220).
