    Good appearance and programs. But that's it. It broke after 1 year due to a faulty bearing. They repaired it for me after ten days. When they brought it back, we turned it on for washing and it made a noise. I called them and they came, saw it, and told me it would improve over time. Ridiculous. Stay away, don't even consider buying it.

    As soon as they delivered it to me, I connected it and put it for a test wash as the instructions say. Unfortunately, it leaks water on the floor. The store where I bought it (a big chain...) refuses to exchange it. The dealership says they only do repairs, not replacements. That's their policy according to the employee I spoke to. I informed all the parties involved about the problem a few hours after receiving it, but they don't seem to care. After a week, a technician finally came to assess the problem, and now I have to wait another week for the replacement part for the repair. They brought me a new device with a material defect from the factory, they screwed it to identify the problem, and they will do it again to fix it. From what I read, I'm not the only one with the same problem in this specific device. So stay away from it!

    It is the worst thing on the market. It is the second time they replaced it for me and we are going for the third time. The first one was leaking water, the second one tears clothes and doesn't spin them well. As proof, I am attaching a photo with a torn throw. It destroys everything from t-shirts to sweaters. I put them in a laundry bag and it tears that too. Damn the moment I chose it. My money is wasted and it is psychologically damaging and dangerous!!!!!! I would not recommend it at all.

    It looks very good, slim-shallow to fit in the bathroom with a large screen and with 2 separate steam programs. There is nothing similar on the market for its price. Hisense has very good refrigerators for this reason and I trusted it as a brand.

After a week, a technician finally came to assess the problem, and now I have to wait another week for the replacement part for the repair. They brought me a new device with a material defect from the factory, they screwed it to identify the problem, and they will do it again to fix it. From what I read, I'm not the only one with the same problem in this specific device. So stay away from it!

    It is the worst thing on the market. It is the second time they replaced it for me and we are going for the third time. The first one was leaking water, the second one tears clothes and doesn't spin them well. As proof, I am attaching a photo with a torn throw. It destroys everything from t-shirts to sweaters. I put them in a laundry bag and it tears that too. Damn the moment I chose it. My money is wasted and it is psychologically damaging and dangerous!!!!!! I would not recommend it at all.

    It looks very good, slim-shallow to fit in the bathroom with a large screen and with 2 separate steam programs. There is nothing similar on the market for its price. Hisense has very good refrigerators for this reason and I trusted it as a brand.
