Nice coffee. However, pay close attention to when it has been roasted. I ordered the coffee on June 24th and it was roasted in February. 3-4 weeks after roasting, the taste starts to deteriorate.

Very nice, I particularly like the roasting which is lighter than what we are used to here. It has a somewhat strange smell before grinding it, but it produces a very nice foam and has a very nice taste. The texture is a bit lighter than dark roast, but I will buy it again because it is unique and pleasant
Πολύ ωραίο μου αρέσει ιδιαίτερα το roasting που είναι πιο ελαφρύ από τι συνηθίζουμε εδώ έχει μια κάπως περίεργη μυρωδιά πριν το αλεσεις αλα βγάζει πολύ ωραίο αφρό και πολύ ωραία γεύση και σαν υφή είναι λίγο πιο λεπτό από τα dark roast αλά θα το ξανα αγόρασο είναι ξεχωριστό και ευχάριστο
Initially, the coffee smelled very strongly of acidity, like it was spoiled due to humidity, and its taste resembled burnt. After a week of opening it, the acidity subsided quite a bit. The roasting date was very recent, around 2 weeks ago (it says 28 August 2023 on it), I also got one from Costa Rica that had a similar issue but to a lesser extent - the second one had been roasted a month earlier, so I suppose it's a production issue that worsens month by month (I hope they fix it because I had heard good things about it). Now that the strong smell is subsiding, I'm expecting to start experiencing the flavors they describe, but for sure I still "break" it with more neutral beans so that it's drinkable.
Of course, I opened it, but Scroutz immediately agreed to compensate me without even asking me to return it, so I thank them, so I will continue to update with my impressions.

Ημερομηνια καβουρδισματος ηταν πολυ προσφατη, ~2 βδομαδες (28 Αυγ 2023 το γραφει πανω), πηρα κ εναν απο Κοστα Ρικα που είχε παρομοιο προβλημα αλλα σε μικροτερο βαθμο - ο 2ος ειχε καβουρδιστει 1 μηνα νωριτερα, οποτε πιθανολογω πως ειναι ζητημα παραγωγης που χειροτέρευε μηνα με το μηνα (ελπιζω να το διορθωσουν γιατι ειχα ακουσει καλα λογια).
Περιμενω τωρα που υποχωρει η εντονη μυρωδια να αρχισω να νιωθω τα αρωματα που γραφουν, αλλα σιγουρα ακομη τον "σπαω" με πιο ουδετερους κοκους ωστε να πινεται.
Φυσικα τον ανοιξα αλλα στο Σκρουτζ δεχτηκαν αμεσως να με αποζημιωσουν χωρις καν να τους το επιστρεψω, τους ευχαριστω, οποτε θα συνεχισω να ενημαρώνω με τις εντυπωσεις μου.
Very intense aromatic and flavorful coffee, which personally I find suits better in a hot beverage and more in an Americano rather than a regular espresso. It wasn't to my taste, but it was an interesting experiment, surely many people will like it. It doesn't go well at all with cold Frappé and Frappé Macciato for me, mainly because of the aroma.
