The Bodyteamwork app offers:

  • Selective movement within the program, effectively and not randomly.
  • Support for health-sensitive individuals, athletes, and coaches.
  • Coordination/balance training with Bluetooth 4.0 sensor technology for Win, Mac, Android, and iOS.
  • Scientifically correct norms and training programs.

The user can train independently with the Challenge Disc, with guidance from the Bodyteamwork app that allows targeted coordination training for the lower limbs, back, and torso.
