The HYGROSMART ® -BUILDING-F is a high-tech single-component repair mortar, reinforced and specially modified to exhibit high strengths with easy application and excellent workability.

It is ideal for repairing imperfections in concrete, coatings, and masonry. It is also recommended for the formation of gutters on roofs.

It has excellent adhesion, very good mechanical properties, and provides quick repairs with the ability to apply thick layers without cracking in a single application on vertical or horizontal surfaces.

The HYGROSMART®-BUILDING-F (25Kg) is gradually added under mechanical stirring to 4.5-5 Kg of water or until a homogeneous tight mixture is created.
