Description

  • Collector frame made of special aluminum alloy profile [AI Mg Si 0.5] painted with electrostatic Seaside Class paint for greater protection.
  • Selective titanium absorber with special coating in vacuum, high absorption and low emission, increasing the absorptive capacity of the collector, welded with new laser technology for direct heat transfer to the thermal fluid.
  • Absorption coefficient of selective surface with a ≥ 0.95 ± 0.02.
  • Emission coefficient of selective surface with e ≤ 0.05 ± 0.02.
  • Collector supply and return coefficient (headers) made of copper with a diameter of 22 mm.
  • Absorber tubes (manifolds) made of copper.
  • Unbreakable safety glass with a thickness of 4 mm and a stable expansion coefficient, resistant to adverse weather conditions [e.g. hail, extreme temperature changes, etc.]
  • Transparency coefficient of glass with t ≥ 0.90 and low iron oxide content [Low iron].
  • Back panel made of aluminum sheet. Except for EPI 57 KNV & EPI 57 ONV which are galvanized.
  • Back insulation of the collector made of 30 mm thick rock wool with thermal conductivity λ = 0.035 W/m grd [measured at 0°C].
  • Sealing of the collector with black silicone.
