    I am 100 kilograms and I do my workouts just fine. It's not comparable to a stable one, of course, but for its price, it's just fine.

    It leaves minimal marks on the case, but if I were lighter, it wouldn't leave any at all. The big advantage is the easy installation.

    It has also saved me as I have it to secure the exercise band with absolute safety.

    For my daughter, who is doing her first gymnastics and related exercises, it's also just fine.
