The arm connecting the heel to the fingers is hard and sometimes sticks, and the finish is a bit rough. I am talking about this particular pair that I received, because I have 2 other identical pairs from the same brand that are perfect and I would give them 5 stars. Maybe the Quality Control dropped or some batch slipped through.

They came in good condition and they fit perfectly in my shoes, they also smell amazing, thank you seller. ☺️

Very good quality made of cedar and at a competitive price. One significant drawback is that it is relatively thick in the middle, resulting in not fitting well in narrow shoes (e.g. dress shoes). It is not for shoe opening but for maintaining their shape, preventing creases, and absorbing odors and moisture. A minor drawback is that the back part does not have a design that facilitates removal from the shoe.

I have had it for a while now, it shows quality, does its job correctly, and it shows its worth in materials. The cost is not negligible, however, for proper care of my good shoes, I am preparing to buy two more.

Overall, I have an issue with the new shoes. I bought them with the intention of "breaking them in". I tried them on two new pairs. I noticed a difference in one pair, but not so much in the other. I had them for about a week.
