The blades are sterilizable (4000 standard cycles in self-locking at 134 °C / 4 minutes) and can be mounted and removed directly from the handle without any additional tools. The light beam does not interfere with the line of sight, making intubation safer and easier. The new HEINE HiLite technology allows for improved light transmission and longer lifespan. The illumination is white and bright (up to 40% more than conventional halogen bulbs).
