The X-FIT 32 back extension bench allows us to exercise the back muscles as well as the glutes and hamstrings with comfort, safety, and effectiveness.

Its horizontal position forces the body to make a more complete movement, lowering the torso even further, thus working the entire line of the back muscles as well as the legs. It has two handles to adjust our body more easily, while its cushion has a slight incline to be more functional in our movement.

On the X-FIT 32, we can perform side crunches and for the more advanced, full extension abdominal crunches.

Its steel frame guarantees complete safety and stability, while its high aesthetic can comfortably fit into any home environment.
