After a long research, I acquired a very high-quality base with a good manual that contains all the necessary information for assembly. I used it experimentally on wood and I was impressed by how sturdy it showed in cutting.

For its price, it "tries"!
The horizontal axis of the arm plays, so there is no cutting accuracy.
But with its price..

If you pass the assembly IQ test and understand how it works, you place the appropriate spacers where needed and gather the "loose ends." For its price, it works perfectly. However, it is NOT for "putting in and taking out"... unless you are "relaxed" and doing it as part of your therapy... busy "nervous" people should have a second wheel!!!!

The base has conical plastic on the axis that needs to be turned upside down (someone places them incorrectly), also a 10mm wheel is needed and finally the joints are 100%. Place a disc on the wheel to touch a level and put 1 10mm screw in the spacers to tighten after adjustment. It has not been tested yet to see how long the settings last.

I don't understand why they put more than one star. It's not worth buying for more than five euros because it has terrible tolerances. It took me two days to align it, putting wheels in places that didn't exist, to tighten the pieces properly. Even now, it has an unacceptable tolerance and the wheel shakes along with its base, at least by a millimeter. Now I will try to make new metal guides to replace the plastic ones it has.

Ok, before you buy it, consider the following:
First, the diameter of the material to be cut cannot be larger than 2-2.5cm. If it is larger, the cutting depth will not be enough because the wheel head will hit the piece. So, it's ok for small pieces and other thin materials, but forget it for 30x30 or larger struts.
Second, adjusting the wheel takes quite a while, so if you don't have an extra wheel to keep it permanently on top, the constant adjusting will not be convenient.
Third, and most importantly, the one and only joint of the arm has play, a lot actually, so the cuts are not very accurate. If you have a steady hand, you might be able to cut straight on your own.
Other than that, the build quality is ok for its price and it's easy to assemble

    1. It is low-cost, but well-made, very practical and comfortable for cutting sheet metal, etc., especially when you don't need to remove the wheel often!
    2. It comes with detailed instructions and all the necessary materials for its assembly and wheel adjustment.
    3. Here, (as shown) after the excellent adjustment of a DEVALT 125!

Only for amateur use. As Hector correctly states, you must have a bench grinder permanently set up because it takes some time to adjust it.

Difficult to adjust and set up, and did not stabilize the wheel well. Overall, it is a good value
