    Owner for 2 years.

    The first purchase came defective. Not all the lights on the front screen were working. The replacement was immediate due to DOA terms.

    1.5 years later the replacement product showed a similar visual problem, but this time, besides the LEDs that weren't working, 2 buttons were also unresponsive.

    The service came immediately and saw that 2 wires had been cut from the intermediate wiring connecting the board to the screen. They replaced all the wiring and told us that the fridge is constructed in such a way that one needs to be careful how they open the door because if it slams shut, the cable gets pulled and bent due to the path it follows.

    In short:
    Good fridge for its price, but if you can get it without a front screen, you'll avoid unnecessary appointments with LG support.

The technical support was immediate, and despite being located in the northern province of Greece where everything generally gets delayed, the response was prompt! In 3 days, they came, checked the old one, took it back, and brought me a new one. It has many and relatively adjustable spaces. It will do the job perfectly for the needs of 3-4 people. Another positive is that the refrigerator is completely silent, even in the current phase of summer, with both the refrigerator and freezer working at full capacity, you can't hear a thing!
