Brushable, cementitious, waterproofing mortar that exhibits excellent adhesion, fully waterproofs surfaces, thanks to the polymers and water-repellent components it contains.

DUROSTICK's D-1 is suitable for positive (external application, preventive) and negative (internal application, for repair) hydrostatic pressures.

It withstands frost and is vapor-permeable (breathable).

It is applied to wetted surfaces of concrete elements, walls, floors, surfaces made of bricks, concrete blocks, cement screeds, plaster, aerated concrete, etc.

It is ideal for external waterproofing of basements and walls before backfilling.

The waterproofed surface with D-1 should be protected with a drainage membrane (egg crate).

D-1 is also ideal for post-construction waterproofing of vertical or horizontal internal surfaces after removing the plaster to the full height where moisture is present.

It is suitable for waterproofing basement floors, ground floors protecting them from rising moisture, in water tanks, swimming pools, pools, bathrooms, showers, planters, shafts, tunnels, brick or concrete block walls after the application of the first coat of plaster.

It is also recommended for sloping concrete roofs before tiling, for north-facing walls, and generally for any mineral surface exposed to partial or continuous moisture.

Classified as a concrete surface protection (c) according to EN 1504-2. Consumption: 1.0-1.3kg/m²/mm layer thickness.
