The non-absorbable surgical suture PROPYLEN is mainly used for holding in contact or closing soft tissues, even in ophthalmic surgeries, cardiovascular, and nervous system operations.

As a material, it is particularly compatible with tissues. The PROPYLEN suture initially exhibits a minimal inflammatory tissue reaction followed by the gradual formation of a connective tissue capsule around it.
