Το Blade είναι λεπίδες που κόβουν τους κόκκους. Δεν έχουν ομοιόμορφο αποτέλεσμα. Το Burr είναι το καλύτερο και είναι σαν δυο γρανάζια, στην καλύτερη μορφή τους κωνικά, τα οποία αλέθουν τους κόκκους με ομοιόμορφο αποτέλεσμα.
Υπάρχει χειροκίνητο με λεπίδες;
