    I bought it for the bags (I don't have very pronounced ones). When you put it on your eye, you feel a coolness and it leaves a good sensation. I think it reduces swelling quite a bit, but it comes back after a few hours. The bags also look better visually, but it has some cylinders when you open the lid for eye massage and it doesn't suit me at all
