It sinks easily, scratches easily. After a couple of years, the screen started not displaying all the digits. This was due to a cut cable that passes through the hinge of the top door. It was reconnected and fixed.
May 2026, it developed a fault in the compressor. Fortunately, it has a ten-year warranty and was replaced at no cost. Symptoms? Late at night, the fridge alarm started sounding, indicating low temperature in the freezer compartment. A light frost on the food, like a thin layer of ice. As time went by, its performance kept deteriorating...
I don't know if I would buy it again

After 4 years and completely out of the blue, we woke up one day without power in the house. The motor, which proudly has a 10-year warranty, burned out and took with it the electronic board and the electrical installation of the house. Good thing it didn't set our house on fire. Repair cost for a warranty issue was 300 euros. The cost of the replacement part from the "official" LG was twice as much as in the free market.

As soon as the two-year warranty expired, it broke (it happened at 2 years and 2 months after purchase). The freezer was freezing to the point of making light ice, and the fridge was not freezing at all. It showed error E FF like it has for others, as I saw in the reviews... A technician came and fixed it with a spare part that came from abroad, of course, because there was none here. Since then, knock on wood, it's working well. It's so quiet that you wonder if it's working??? But there isn't enough space for large bottles. The last shelf could have had more distance from the previous one so that a juice, for example, with a little more height could fit comfortably.... I hope it lasts without any more surprises!!!

5 months after purchase, my wife is absolutely satisfied. It cools uniformly and quickly. It looks sturdy, the drawers and shelves seem durable. Relatively quiet, if you don't sleep in the kitchen you won't hear it.
I sometimes play with ThinQ. I can be at the beach and adjust the temperature. Extremely useful, I just don't know why I would do it. I can't wait to go on vacation to use the Vacation mode. Another extremely useful function, which besides being silly, is also potentially dangerous.
On the negatives of all refrigerators, the absence of the actual temperature and the absence of lighting in the freezer. The light wouldn't be particularly useful because it has shelves, but the actual temperature is of zero cost, a few lines of additional code.
We are still in the honeymoon phase, so we treat it with respect. In 10 years when it makes sense to write a review, the model won't exist.

Great fridge! No issues for 4 years now and it cools perfectly. If someone wants to buy it, they should be careful to measure well because the door is quite thick, so it needs a larger opening.

I bought this refrigerator-freezer on 12/08/2022, and a week ago it showed the indication "ff" and stopped working for refrigeration. The freezing function is still working properly. After contacting LG's call center, I am still waiting for the technician to contact me to schedule an appointment and come to see it. The initial information was that they would contact me within 2 days. I don't know the progress, but the disappointment is already significant, considering the damage that occurred after such a short period of time from the purchase of the product and the inconsistency on the part of the company, which forces us to stay without a refrigerator in the heat with 4 people, including 2 minors, and all the implications that come with it.

I do not agree with the comments about low quality. The refrigerator is efficient, quiet, and of good quality. I hope I won't have to come back for any damages and service evaluation. So far, everything is great.

Stay away from LG, terrible service. The motor broke and it took them over ten days to fix it, even though they had told me they had the spare part. After 20 days, it broke again, ruining my food twice

It is a refrigerator that you pay for the name and the ten-year warranty on the motor. There have been many compromises in quality, such as the complete absence of protection from fingerprints, which also come off very difficultly. The lighting is very weak for the volume of the refrigerator and there is no freezing at all. There is no horizontal metal bottle holder and the plastic shelves on the door look cheap. The electronic indicators on the door are visible only if it is open and only for three seconds if the door is closed. The fruit compartment is shallow and the egg holder they give you as a gift cannot hold even one egg as it is completely flat. Among its positive features, it is a completely silent refrigerator with very satisfactory cooling both in maintenance and freezing. The motor warranty is also significant (10 years). In short, it can do its job well and completely silently, but be prepared for compromises in simple things that may annoy you.

We have and we say that it looks good in terms of cooling, relatively quiet, but the build quality is unacceptable. The stainless steel on the doors scratches easily, and the sides are not stainless steel but painted gray. The plastics on the inside are of very poor quality, and one of them, which is for bottles, broke without any force. Also, the lighting is not sufficient. It is a refrigerator in the 650 euro range (See price evolution on Skroutz update: the high prices have disappeared from the Skroutz chart!!) that has been overpriced and is being sold for up to 1080 euros. Update: It has started making more noise, the motor (I don't know if it's due to heat), so we'll see how it evolves...

Large spaces, very well-lit interior, and powerful cooling. Currently silent. Stainless steel easily gets fingerprints. Definitely worth buying.

Very nice, large and affordable electricity measuring device with a special machine. For 30 days, it measures 18 kilowatt-hours... I will agree that the inox is not very high quality

Well, we're talking about a relatively quiet, spacious, and comfortable refrigerator.
The preservation will cover you completely.
And the freezing is satisfactory, although we also bought a freezer to be fully covered, as one of the drawers filled up with just one bag of ice cubes.
The quality of the plastics is very good, but unfortunately the same does not apply to the quality of the inox on the doors. With the slightest touch (let alone a hit), they get dented. When we got it, our little one was testing his driving skills with a little bike.....! You got it!
In short, the refrigerator is worth its money.

Whatever I have bought from LG household appliances (washing machine, refrigerator) has not disappointed me.

It easily meets the needs of a family of four, it is quiet, and the cooling is great.

Very good purchase, it is a refrigerator that does a good job. Tremendous spaces, excellent construction quality. It fits everything!! Extremely easy temperature adjustment for cooling and freezing, and completely silent! I highly recommend it without hesitation!!

While we were impressed with the spaces, the build quality of the refrigerator is very cheap. You wipe the stainless steel doors with a microfiber cloth and they immediately scratch. I don't know if it's even allowed to look at it when you open the door to get something, in case you scratch it!

You are afraid to clean the stainless steel so as not to scratch it, and it struggles to reach the desired temperature with high heat.

I am coming back to evaluate the refrigerator, my brother has the same one for 4 years and it is still under warranty (he has extended it). It broke down, the service came, took it and returned it repaired after 27 days
