It is ideal for use in MMA, judo, karate or yoga training. It weighs about 11 kilograms and is very easy to spread out. The mat is 32 millimeters thick and offers excellent protection even when placed on hard floors. Its surface is coated with vinyl and is rough enough to prevent slipping. When spread out, the mat provides a surface area of 1.5 x 3m (4.5m²). In case the training is done with a second person, in pairs, it is recommended to use a second mat, extending the surface to 3 x 3m (9m²). There is a special strap for joining two mats together.
