Description & Specifications

The RF800 50ml AGT-248 flux soldering liquid by Termopasty is a professional “no-clean” type liquid, suitable for SMD soldering in consumer and professional electronics. It offers excellent wetting on copper and tin-lead alloy surfaces, without requiring cleaning after application. Its medium activity makes it ideal for soldering on passivated surfaces, wiring, mixed assembly, and tinning of edges.

  • Material: Propanol, resin, hydrotreated petroleum distillates
  • Density at 20°C: 0.80g/cm³
  • Viscosity at 20°C: 15.8cP

Instructions for use:

  • Shake well before use.
  • Apply a small amount of flux to the desired soldering point.
  • Continue with the soldering process while the flux remains active.
  • No cleaning is required after application, unless specified by the final product specifications.
  • Store away from heat and ignition sources.
