    Are you experiencing any issues with the control panel on the freezer door? In the last few days, it has been changing the temperatures in the freezer by itself, turning it into a refrigerator or shutting it down at will. Neither restarting by pressing the two outer buttons works, nor does the problem resolve by unplugging it for 5 to 20 minutes. It's as if the panel is not responding at all. The dealership, of course, knows nothing about the problem and has never encountered it before. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    The new refrigerator that was delivered to us (as a replacement for another Samsung RT38K553PS9/EO that came with a leak) works perfectly but had a big dent on the side of the door (photo 1). Requested a door replacement from Samsung. Immediate response from the dealership and a new door was sent from the Netherlands. After the door was replaced, it turned out that it also had 2 dents on the front part of the door! The technician's response, after installing the door, was "These things happen!" Reporting again to the company about their unjustifiable "solution" to the problem!

    Daily consumption measurement with a smart plug and temperature setting for refrigeration and freezing at 5 C and -19 C respectively: 0.9-1.2 kWh

    Except for some small intervals where the motor is quite audible (maybe during defrosting), it is generally quiet and maintains the temperature low as it should (measured with a thermometer) in both compartments.
