I was not so satisfied as the dumbbells and the bar are indeed made of metal on the outside, but they are not solid and the locks are plastic. I knew that the weights were plastic-coated on the outside and filled with cement on the inside, but they have an incredible volume compared to purely metal weights and that bothered me quite a bit. In short, it's mostly about the volume. Someone might say, okay, 36 kilograms is 36 kilograms, regardless of the volume they have. However, I have had them for about 2 weeks now and personally, as first weights for home use, I was not satisfied. I will buy solid metal weights, bar, and dumbbells that, with the 126 Euros I paid together with the shipping (and I got them from the center to Botanikos because they came from Thessaloniki to Athens), I would prefer to spend an extra 50 Euros to buy something of higher quality.

Wonderful weights. Ideal for home workouts. Quality in all parts of them. You don't have to worry about anything breaking easily. The weights are perfectly divided so that you can make any combination you need. For someone more advanced, it would be useful to purchase additional weights without needing to buy extra bars, as the ones included in the set have available space and of course, they have the strength for extra weight.
