Design and Materials: BMC engineers use advanced software and technologies for the production of BMC air filters. Only woven alloys with epoxy coating are used to ensure protection against fuel fumes and oxidation. The filtering material consists of cotton gauze soaked in low-viscosity oil for optimal air permeability.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, producing the familiar red BMC filters. They are constructed in a single piece without welded joints, avoiding the risk of breakage. This system originates from R&D in F1 and is significant for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
