Description

Performance: BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure higher airflow than original paper filters. In F1, BMC fiberglass filters minimize the pressure loss of airflow passing through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for fully exploiting maximum power.

Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers use advanced software and the latest technologies to produce BMC air filters. An F1 filter is very lightweight, made from the finest raw materials, and enhances performance by using woven alloys with epoxy coating for protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation. The filtering material includes special cotton gauze impregnated with low viscosity oil.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding that produces the red BMC filters. They are made in a single piece without welded joints, reducing the risks of breakage. This system, called "Full Molding," originates from R&D in F1 and is crucial for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
