Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers use advanced software and the latest technologies to manufacture the air filters. Only braided alloys with epoxy coating are used to ensure protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation due to humidity. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low viscosity oil for better air permeability.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the red BMC filters. They are manufactured in a single piece with no welded joints at the corners, avoiding the risk of breakage. This system comes from R&D in F1 and is significant for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
