    Very good product, I bought it for waterproofing but I didn't actually test how much it can withstand in water. However, it turns into cement after a few hours.

    Difficult application (the handyman thought it had dried inside the tube because it didn't 'flow' - it's that hard). In the end, it's not anti-mold. To remove it, a whole process with a cutter and other tricks is needed.
