Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers use advanced software and the latest technologies to produce BMC air filters. An F1 filter must be very light, made from the finest raw materials, and enhance performance. For this reason, braided alloys with epoxy coating are used to ensure protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation from air moisture. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a unique production system based on soft rubber molding, producing the distinctive red BMC filters. They are manufactured in a single piece without welded joints, avoiding the risk of breakage. This system, called "Full Molding," is significant for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
