- It is unacceptable for such a quality grill, and for its price, for the hole in the cast iron to be almost the same diameter as the grease collector, resulting in oils spilling INSIDE the grill! To solve the problem, I placed a metal funnel between the cast iron and the grease collector so that the oils do not spill outside. If someone wants a stable grill, I believe a better solution is the Somagic Aneto, as it has an "external" grease collector, and you can even use a larger disposable aluminum tray.
I only use silicone tools to protect the enamel coating as much as possible, except for cleaning where I use a wooden spatula to remove burnt residues when the surface is still hot in combination with water, and when I have taken too much with the spatula, I use a green sponge and everything comes off
