The new improved cast iron grills protect the burners without the use of diffusers, so the fats and juices from the meat almost do not cause flare-ups. Additionally, the water in the InstaClean® Aqua helps to prevent flare-ups.

    The grill would get 4 stars if it had the necessary support regarding the availability of grates. Given that its grate has a special design to prevent fat from dripping onto the burners, one cannot replace the plate with a grate from another model to take advantage of the entire available cooking surface. When I bought it, I was told that the second grate was not available at that moment, but it would be soon. "Soon" has passed, I have ordered it, but 3 months (in December 2021) after purchasing the grill, I still cannot cook for a large group as I did with my old one. And to think that I replaced my old one with a branded one so that I could find spare parts...

    Amazing grill. The water underneath contributes to reducing flare-ups, preventing what you cook from drying out, and making cleaning easy. Unique among all grills (for now, right?).
    The only issue that another owner mentioned is the grates. I would prefer two regular grates instead of one regular grate and one griddle. When you have guests, you want to be able to cook on both.

Definitely, if I were to buy again, I would not choose the same one, solely because of the cost, for no other reason. Everything else is good in relation to it being a grill.

After all this time, the evaluation is as follows: all the inner sides under the plates get dirty very easily, and in order to clean them, you need a spray for grease, otherwise you have to sit and wash with hot water and soap. If you forget to remove the water from the bottom metal containers that are there to collect the grease, then it is very easy for them to corrode. So, I have now realized that if you want it clean and beautiful, you probably have to be its slave
