It applies perfectly and covers the entire surface of the screen. The package includes a cloth, a dust removal sticker, and stickers for placement. I removed one star only because after placement, I cannot use the case that came with the phone (the glass comes off from the corners).

It does not fit on the phone screen with the case that comes with the phone. You have to choose either the case or this glass. So I was not satisfied. The purpose is for it to fit with the case. Otherwise, they should have mentioned it. Personally, I went to another store to find a glass that fits with the case. So this was a waste of money for me.
