Το φως λειτουργεί με μικρη επιφάνεια αφής στο κάτω μέρος του καθρέπτη αλλά δεν έχει αρκετή ισχύ ώστε να μπορεί κάποιος να κάνει π.χ. μακιγιάζ .
Χρειάζεται και δεύτερο μεγαλύτερο φως.
Δεν υπάρχει κορνίζα γύρω από τον καθρέπτη.
