TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF GLASS TANK:

• Tank: Made from European steel sheet 3mm thick with special enamel coating for very long lifespan.
• Jacket: Made from European steel sheet 1.5mm thick.
• Insulation: high-density expanded polyurethane (44 kg/m3) with a thickness of 60 mm.
• Thermal conductivity of insulation: 0.0180 W/mK.
• Anode protection rod.
• External casing: available in three types depending on your needs (inox – white ral 9002 – terracotta).
• Side caps: specially designed and shaped press-on snap caps, without auxiliary retention from rivets.
• Electric resistance: power according to the regulations of the destination country with single-pole control thermostat and bipolar protection.
• Receptacle for the thermostat stem.

WHAT IS ENAMELLING:

Enamelling is the special glass surface created by the melting and bonding of enamel onto a steel surface. The enamel, which is a mixture of inorganic silicate salts, is completely hygienic and ecological, as it doesn't contain dangerous chemical substances, is water-soluble, and is baked at high temperatures (>850°C). Its application provides excellent anti-corrosion protection and resistance to sudden temperature changes (thermal shock) and offers the most economical solution for protection in boilers and electric stoves.
