Within three years, the boiler got a hole. I like that it is written inside, with double glass for protection. They give me a new 160lt. one for 350e, from the 450e I paid. Thankfully.

In the 6 years since installation, it has started leaking and currently only loses water when the temperature rises significantly. Of course, it is out of warranty and I am planning to replace it with a product from another company. Maintenance every 2 years and safety valves are 100% functional

It broke in 3 years and for the warranty, the company wanted me to send it to the factory at my own expense for them to check it. It costs more or less the same as buying a new one.

I have it for 6 years. In the fifth year + 3 months, I noticed at the service that the tank was close to being punctured and when I called the company, they told me that since 3 months had passed, the warranty no longer applies and they won't replace it. In the sixth year, it heats the water very little now. It's ready to be thrown away.

In the five years after the warranty expired, it got punctured. I sent an email both to the store where I bought it and to the company, but they ignored me.

It rotted in nine years and I replaced it with a different brand. When it was a little cloudy, the water wouldn't heat up.
