Stay far, far away from NOVEL. Extremely expensive and it gets punctured very easily within 7 to 10 years, and then you need 600 euros+++ for installation. The others I have, which are cheaper Greek ones and not even stainless steel, have had no issues and it's been 25 years

I bought the same one again so that it would fit exactly on the metal base and I kept the previous collectors for economy. The previous one lasted about fifteen years without much maintenance. I can say that I was satisfied despite its high price.

It worked perfectly for 15 years (06/2009) without any maintenance at all (only adding water every 2 years). There had been a modification and removal of the resistance and the upper part, and there was no rust at all inside the tank. I believe with better maintenance and if there hadn't been a mistake from the plumber, it would easily last another 10 years.

I changed it this year after 13 years (bought in 2011, 160 liters) and only changed the anode once. Maybe if I had taken better care of it, it would have lasted longer. I consider myself satisfied.

The worst solar product there is! Usually, all companies offer a 10-year warranty. This company offers 5 and there is no replacement in case it breaks after this time. Personally, they didn't replace it for me and asked me to find the receipt and service from their company, which was not possible because I had it serviced by my preferred plumber. If I could, I would give it a rating of 0 because it completely deteriorated in 5 years and the heating element had to be replaced 3 times. I will have to add another boiler from a different manufacturer

In the 7 years, the boiler developed a hole. During this time, there were 3 major services done by plumbers. Every summer, the electric resistance would burn out. After the fourth year, along with the descaling salts, pieces of the internal lining (glass) would come out.

In 7 years and three months, it gave up, it is worth mentioning that before it broke down, its performance was exemplary... Nobel from me, let's move on to another brand.

From this specific company, I have bought three solar heaters. Two of them are 200 liters and one is 250 liters. In five years, the tank of the 200-liter one started leaking, and in seven years, the 250-liter one lost its heating elements without me noticing, and they were expensive to replace. They are all very expensive, but better than other companies' products, although you can find cheaper materials elsewhere!
