The only downside is that the turbo mode works for an hour, then it turns off by itself and switches to 18 degrees with normal fan speed

A year ago, I replaced three Panasonic 9000 BTU units that were 15-20 years old in the bedrooms and one 12000 BTU unit in the living room with four corresponding LG Ocean units of the same BTU in the same positions.
The old Panasonics performed clearly better than the new LGs. Especially in the living room, the new LG is completely inadequate. While the old Panasonic cooled the entire living room without any problem, the new LG cannot lower the temperature below 29 degrees, even after many hours of operation.
Why did I buy these specific air conditioners? Mainly because their specifications were good (SEER, SCOP, etc.), because they had horizontal and vertical airflow, because they were cheaper than others with similar specifications, and because they had the LG name.
Last year, the team that installed the LGs warned me that LG air conditioners are among the worst and that they have nothing to do with LG TVs, which are among the best. But it was too late; I had obviously already purchased them.
This year, I decided to call the representative to complain that they are not performing. They sent a team, cleaned them for me (of course, they charged me for the cleaning), and in the end, they told me that they are fine as "all new air conditioners with R32 operate like this, regardless of the manufacturer." I don't think so.
Two weeks ago, I installed an Inventor Legend 12000 BTU air conditioner in the kitchen, where the situation was unbearable with this year's heat. The Inventor, which also has R32, keeps the entire kitchen cold continuously, even when the oven and burners are in full operation (we are cooking for 7 people).
I am absolutely disappointed with LG. If you want an air conditioner to cool the space, then buy Inventor, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, or something else -- definitely not LG. If you want an air conditioner for some other reason besides cooling the space, then buy LG if you like.

Τα παλιά Panasonic απέδιδαν σαφώς καλύτερα από τα καινούργια LG. Ειδικά στο σαλόνι το καινούργιο LG είναι παντελώς ανεπαρκές. Ενώ το παλιό Panasonic δρόσιζε όλο το σαλόνι χωρίς πρόβλημα, το καινούργιο LG αδυνατεί να κατεβάσει τη θερμοκρασία κάτω από τους 29 βαθμούς, ακόμα και μετά από πολλές ώρες λειτουργίας.
Γιατί αγόρασα τα συγκεκριμένα κλιματιστικά; Κυρίως διότι οι προδιαγραφές τους ήταν καλές (SEER, SCOP κλπ), διότι είχαν οριζόντια και κάθετη κίνηση πτερυγίων, διότι ήταν φθηνότερα από άλλα με αντίστοιχες προδιαγραφές, και διότι είχαν το όνομα LG.

Είμαι απολύτως απογοητευμένος από την LG. Αν θέλετε κλιματιστικό για να ψύχει τον χώρο τότε αγοράστε Inventor, Panasonic, Mitsubishi ή κάτι άλλο -- πάντως όχι LG. Αν θέλετε κλιματιστικό για κάποιον άλλο λόγο εκτός από το να ψύχει τον χώρο, τότε αγοράστε και LG αν σας αρέσει.
Performance, economy, etc. perfect.
Problems:
- The thermometer is in a strange position on the sides, so during the day when the wall emits heat (from the sides), it confuses it and reads a higher room temperature, resulting in setting it to 28C and getting 25C. It works correctly in this area at night. During the day, you constantly have to adjust it to maintain the desired temperature.
- The sleep mode makes it completely silent and blows a gentle breeze, but: 1. it raises the temperature by 2 degrees within 1 hour, causing you to wake up from the heat, and 2. this fan level is not available without activating the sleep mode.
- After 5-6 hours of operation, the louvers "forget" their position and reset to the middle, resulting in blowing air exactly where you sleep and waking up from the cold - or cooling on the neck. This also happens when you connect it to the mobile app and Wi-Fi.
- The remote control does not have backlighting at night.

- Το θερμόμετρο είναι σε περίεργο σημείο στα πλάγια, οπότε μέσα στη μέρα που εκπέμπει θερμότητα ο τοίχος (απο τα πλάγια), το ξεγελάει και διαβάζει παραπάνω θερμοκρασία χώρου, με αποτέλεσμα να ζητάς 28C και να παίρνεις 25C. Το βράδυ δουλέυει σωστά σε αυτόν τον τομέα. Μέσα στη μέρα θέλει συνέχεια "να το πειράζεις" για να κρατάς τη θερμοκρασία που θέλεις.
- το sleep mode το κάνει εντελώς αθόρυβο και φυσάει ενα απαλό αεράκι, αλλα: 1. ανεβάζει 2 βαθμούς μεσα σε 1 ωρα, με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάς απο τη ζέστη και 2. αυτο το επίπεδο ανεμιστήρα δεν υπάρχει χωρίς να ανοίξεις το sleep mode.
- Μετά απο 5-6 ώρες λειτουργίας, η περσίδα "ξεχνάει" τη θέση της και κάνει επαναφορά στη μέση, με αποτέλεσμα να φυσάει ακριβώς εκεί που κοιμάσαι και να ξυπνάς απο το κρύο - η την ψύξη στον αυχένα. Αυτό συμβαίνει και οταν το συνδέσεις με την εφαρμογή στο κινητό και wifi.
- το τηλεκοντρόλ δεν έχει φωτισμό το βράδυ.
Only in cooling for 2 months now. No issues in the living room, the temperature drops immediately.
The consumption in auto mode is usually at 0.86Kwh.
The connection with the app was fast and easy.
Just so you know, the wifi opens if you press energy ctrl and jet mode simultaneously for 3-4 seconds, the air conditioner makes a sound, you hear it and then you can leave it.
The connection to Google Home is easy.
It changes temperature with voice commands using Google.
Overall, very satisfied. I also installed a 9000 BTU unit in a room and a 24 BTU unit in my parents' house. I highly recommend it, it has protection against voltage fluctuations
Μονο σε ψυξη 2 μηνες τωρα. Δεν εχει κανενα θεμα σε σαλοκουζινα, η θερμοκρασια πεφτει αμεσα.
Η καταναλωση στο auto συνηθως ειναι στα 0,86Kwh./
Η συνδεση με την εφαρμογη ηταν γρηγορη και ευκολη.
Το wifi να ξερετε ανοιγει αν πατησεται energy ctrl και jet mode ταυτοχρονα για 3-4 δευτερολεπτα κανει ενα ηχο το air condition τον ακουτε και τα αφήνεται.
Η συνδεση στο google home ευκολη.
Αλλαζει θερμοκρασια με την φωνη με την google.
Γενικα πολυ ευχαριστημενος. Εβαλα και ενα 9000αρι σε δωματιο και ενα 24αρι στο σπιτι των γονιων μου. Το συνιστω με 1000 εχει προστασια και απο διακυμανσεις στις τασεις
Well, I have 3 LG Ocean Dualcool. They are very good. The connection to smart home in the Google ecosystem is very easy. Opening and closing them with voice is no issue at all.
For cooling, everything is perfect for a 16sqm space with the 9000btu. My concern is the consumption, it burns as much as the 18,000btu (i.e. 0.85KWh) according to the app sometimes, even though it is on medium and eco mode on low and eco, it doesn't burn anything (0.25KWh).
In the end, for a bedroom, it is the best, it doesn't burn anything.
Λοιπον εχω 3 LG Ocean Dualcool. Ειναι πολυ καλα. Οι συνδεση στο smart home σε οικοσυστημα google πανευκολο. Ανοιγοκλεινουν με την φωνη κανενα θεμα.
Για ψυξη προς το παρον ολα τελεια για ενα χωρο 16τ.μ για το 9000btu. Το θεμα μου ειναι η καταναλωση καιει οσο το 18.000btw (δλδ 0,85KWh) λεει η εφαρμογη μερικες φορες ενω ειναι στο medium και eco στο low και eco δεν καιει τιποτα 0,25KWh.
Εν τελη για ενα υπνοδωματιο ειναι οτι καλυτερο δεν καιει τιποτα.

For the 1000+ euros, it's not justified that its plastics are so cheap that with small temperature changes it makes loud "crack-crook" noises (in the middle of the night), even when it's off. At least it does its job perfectly.

A simple and beautiful air conditioner. The only negative thing I have to point out so far is an annoying creaking noise it makes when I operate it on the lowest setting, which can drive you crazy at times but may also be a material flaw. I haven't even bothered to work with the wifi functions and probably won't. All of these are unnecessary in practice.

I have two units, a 9,000 BTU and a 12,000 BTU. I have had them for about a month. Initially, I was excited about the wifi connectivity, the ability to monitor power consumption, the minimal noise, and the illuminated remote control. Unfortunately, I noticed a strange operation in the heating function compared to air conditioners from other brands. The compressor would shut off too early and couldn't reach the desired room temperature. Trying to understand what was happening, I discovered that the internal thermostat was reading the temperature of the air intake at the top of the unit instead of the actual room temperature, resulting in a 4-degree difference. I reported the issue while it was still under warranty, and they responded promptly. Initially, they identified the problem, replaced the temperature sensor, but it didn't solve the issue. In a second appointment, they replaced the circuit board. During the technician's test, there were no signs of improvement, and the weather had gotten warmer, which wasn't ideal for testing. I assume it will be more of the same, and I will have to learn to operate these air conditioners differently than my previous ones. I mean, I will probably have to program it to 24 degrees when I want a room temperature of 20, something like that. After testing the cooling function, I can say that I am completely satisfied. Their performance in cooling is excellent, completely silent, and very energy-efficient. If LG releases a software update that allows you to choose between the unit's sensor and the remote control, like the inventors have, for example, the problem would be solved, but I see it as unlikely.
Έχω δυο μονάδες, ενα 9αρι και ενα 12αρι. Τα έχω στην κατοχή μου περίπου έναν μήνα. Αρχικά με ενθουσίασε η δυνατότητα σύνδεσης wifi, η δυνατότητα να δεις την κατανάλωση ρεύματος, ο ελάχιστος θόρυβος, το φωτιζόμενο τηλεκοντρόλ. Δυστυχώς όμως στην πορεία διαπίστωσα περίεργη λειτουργία στη θέρμανση σε σύγκριση με κλιματιστικά άλλων εταιρειών. Έκοβε ο συμπιεστής πολύ νωρίς και δεν κατάφερνε να πάει τη θερμοκρασία του χώρου στο επιθυμητό σημείο. Προσπαθώντας λοιπόν να καταλάβω τι συμβαίνει διαπίστωσα οτι ο εσωτερικός του θερμοστάτης διαβάζει την θερμοκρασία εισόδου αερα στο πάνω μέρος της μονάδας και οχι την πραγματική θερμοκρασία του χώρου και έχουν απόκλιση 4 βαθμούς. Το έδωσα βλάβη καθώς είναι μέσα στην εγγύηση και ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα. Αρχικά διαπίστωσαν το πρόβλημα, αντικατέστησαν αισθητήρα θερμοκρασίας χωρίς όμως κάποιο αποτέλεσμα και σε δεύτερο ραντεβού αντικατέστησαν την πλακέτα. Στην δοκιμή που έκανε ο τεχνικός δεν έδειξε σημάδια βελτίωσης ενώ ο καιρός πλέον ζέστανε και δεν βοηθάει για δοκιμή. Υποθέτω πως θα είναι μια από τα ίδια και θα πρέπει να μάθω να λειτουργώ τα συγκεκριμένα κλιματιστικά με διαφορετικό τρόπο απ ότι τα προηγούμενα που είχα. Εννοώ οτι θα πρέπει μάλλον οταν θέλω θερμοκρασία χώρου 20 να το προγραμματίζω στους 24, κάπως έτσι. Μετά από δοκιμή στην ψύξη μπορώ να πω οτι έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος. Εξαιρετική η απόδοσή τους στην ψύξη, εντελώς αθόρυβα και πολύ οικονομικά. Εαν βγάλει κάποια αναβάθμιση λογισμικού η LG και σου δίνει την δυνατότητα να επιλέγεις ανάμεσα στον αισθητήρα της μονάδας και του χειριστηρίου, όπως έχουν για παράδειγμα τα inventor, το πρόβλημα θα λυνόταν αλλά το βλέπω λίγο δύσκολο.

Cooling operation 7-8/2023: very good performance, tested during heatwaves, plenty of settings both for temperature (room temp. indication) and for the flow in the internal diffusers (left-right) and for the energy percentage (80%-60%-40%), economical (kWh consumption indication), very good wireless remote (dual functions), and connection with LGThikQ (LG app, you download it from Google Play, register the device) for control and operation from your mobile, it has WiFi.
Cooling operation 7-8/2024, very good operation but there is a noise—whistling sound from the external unit, I suspect compressor bearings.

Αρχικά πολύ καλή εγκατάσταση. Εμφανισιακά κατά την γνώμη μου πάντα, έχει αρκετά καλό σχεδιασμό με πολύ καλό φωτιζώμενο χειριστήριο.
Λειτουργία ζέστο 12/2022-01/2023: αθόρυβο με πολυ καλή απόδοση και πάρα πολύ οικονομικό στην κατανάλωση.
Λειτουργία κρύο 7-8/2023: πολύ καλή απόδοση δοκιμάστηκε στους καύσωνες, ρυθμίσεις αρκετές και στην θερμοκρασία(ένδειξη θερμ. χώρου) και στην ροή στους εσωτερικούς diffuser(αριστερά-δεξιά) και στο ποσοστό ενέργειας(80%-60%-40%), οικονομικό(Ένδειξη κατανάλωσης kwH), πολύ καλό ασύρματο χειριστήριο(διπλές λειτουργίες), και σύνδεση με LGThikQ(λειτουργικό LG το κατεβάζεις απο Google Play, δηλώνεις την συσκεύη) για έλεγχο και λειτουργία απο το κινητό, έχει WiFi.
Λειτουργία κρύο 7-8/2024, πολύ καλή λειτουργία αλλά ακούγεται θόρυβος-συριγμός απο την εξωτερική μονάδα, κουζινέτα συμπιεστή υποπτεύομαι.

Φέτος αποφάσισα να καλέσω την αντιπροσωπεία για να παραπονεθώ ότι δεν αποδίδουν. Έστειλαν συνεργείο, μου τα καθάρισαν (φυσικά με χρέωσαν για τον καθαρισμό), και στο τέλος μου είπαν ότι είναι μια χαρά καθώς "έτσι λειτουργούν όλα τα νέα κλιματιστικά με R32, ασχέτως κατασκευαστή". Δεν νομίζω.
Πριν από δυο εβδομάδες εγκατέστησα ένα κλιματιστικό Inventor Legend 12000 btu στην κουζίνα, όπου η κατάσταση ήταν ανυπόφορη με τις φετινές ζέστες. Το Inventor, που κι αυτό R32 έχει, κρατάει διαρκώς όλη τη κουζίνα κρύα, ακόμα κι όταν ο φούρνος και τα μάτια είναι σε πλήρη λειτουργία (μαγειρεύουμε για 7 άτομα).
Είμαι απολύτως απογοητευμένος από την LG. Αν θέλετε κλιματιστικό για να ψύχει τον χώρο τότε αγοράστε Inventor, Panasonic, Mitsubishi ή κάτι άλλο -- πάντως όχι LG. Αν θέλετε κλιματιστικό για κάποιον άλλο λόγο εκτός από το να ψύχει τον χώρο, τότε αγοράστε και LG αν σας αρέσει.
Performance, economy, etc. perfect.
Problems:
- The thermometer is in a strange position on the sides, so during the day when the wall emits heat (from the sides), it confuses it and reads a higher room temperature, resulting in setting it to 28C and getting 25C. It works correctly in this area at night. During the day, you constantly have to adjust it to maintain the desired temperature.
- The sleep mode makes it completely silent and blows a gentle breeze, but: 1. it raises the temperature by 2 degrees within 1 hour, causing you to wake up from the heat, and 2. this fan level is not available without activating the sleep mode.
- After 5-6 hours of operation, the louvers "forget" their position and reset to the middle, resulting in blowing air exactly where you sleep and waking up from the cold - or cooling on the neck. This also happens when you connect it to the mobile app and Wi-Fi.
- The remote control does not have backlighting at night.

- Το θερμόμετρο είναι σε περίεργο σημείο στα πλάγια, οπότε μέσα στη μέρα που εκπέμπει θερμότητα ο τοίχος (απο τα πλάγια), το ξεγελάει και διαβάζει παραπάνω θερμοκρασία χώρου, με αποτέλεσμα να ζητάς 28C και να παίρνεις 25C. Το βράδυ δουλέυει σωστά σε αυτόν τον τομέα. Μέσα στη μέρα θέλει συνέχεια "να το πειράζεις" για να κρατάς τη θερμοκρασία που θέλεις.
- το sleep mode το κάνει εντελώς αθόρυβο και φυσάει ενα απαλό αεράκι, αλλα: 1. ανεβάζει 2 βαθμούς μεσα σε 1 ωρα, με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάς απο τη ζέστη και 2. αυτο το επίπεδο ανεμιστήρα δεν υπάρχει χωρίς να ανοίξεις το sleep mode.
- Μετά απο 5-6 ώρες λειτουργίας, η περσίδα "ξεχνάει" τη θέση της και κάνει επαναφορά στη μέση, με αποτέλεσμα να φυσάει ακριβώς εκεί που κοιμάσαι και να ξυπνάς απο το κρύο - η την ψύξη στον αυχένα. Αυτό συμβαίνει και οταν το συνδέσεις με την εφαρμογή στο κινητό και wifi.
- το τηλεκοντρόλ δεν έχει φωτισμό το βράδυ.

Η συνδεση με την εφαρμογη ηταν γρηγορη και ευκολη.
Το wifi να ξερετε ανοιγει αν πατησεται energy ctrl και jet mode ταυτοχρονα για 3-4 δευτερολεπτα κανει ενα ηχο το air condition τον ακουτε και τα αφήνεται.
Η συνδεση στο google home ευκολη.
Αλλαζει θερμοκρασια με την φωνη με την google.
Γενικα πολυ ευχαριστημενος. Εβαλα και ενα 9000αρι σε δωματιο και ενα 24αρι στο σπιτι των γονιων μου. Το συνιστω με 1000 εχει προστασια και απο διακυμανσεις στις τασεις
Well, I have 3 LG Ocean Dualcool. They are very good. The connection to smart home in the Google ecosystem is very easy. Opening and closing them with voice is no issue at all.
For cooling, everything is perfect for a 16sqm space with the 9000btu. My concern is the consumption, it burns as much as the 18,000btu (i.e. 0.85KWh) according to the app sometimes, even though it is on medium and eco mode on low and eco, it doesn't burn anything (0.25KWh).
In the end, for a bedroom, it is the best, it doesn't burn anything.
Λοιπον εχω 3 LG Ocean Dualcool. Ειναι πολυ καλα. Οι συνδεση στο smart home σε οικοσυστημα google πανευκολο. Ανοιγοκλεινουν με την φωνη κανενα θεμα.
Για ψυξη προς το παρον ολα τελεια για ενα χωρο 16τ.μ για το 9000btu. Το θεμα μου ειναι η καταναλωση καιει οσο το 18.000btw (δλδ 0,85KWh) λεει η εφαρμογη μερικες φορες ενω ειναι στο medium και eco στο low και eco δεν καιει τιποτα 0,25KWh.
Εν τελη για ενα υπνοδωματιο ειναι οτι καλυτερο δεν καιει τιποτα.

A year ago, I replaced three Panasonic 9000 BTU units that were 15-20 years old in the bedrooms and one 12000 BTU unit in the living room with four corresponding LG Ocean units of the same BTU in the same positions.
The old Panasonics performed clearly better than the new LGs. Especially in the living room, the new LG is completely inadequate. While the old Panasonic cooled the entire living room without any problem, the new LG cannot lower the temperature below 29 degrees, even after many hours of operation.
Why did I buy these specific air conditioners? Mainly because their specifications were good (SEER, SCOP, etc.), because they had horizontal and vertical airflow, because they were cheaper than others with similar specifications, and because they had the LG name.
Last year, the team that installed the LGs warned me that LG air conditioners are among the worst and that they have nothing to do with LG TVs, which are among the best. But it was too late; I had obviously already purchased them.
This year, I decided to call the representative to complain that they are not performing. They sent a team, cleaned them for me (of course, they charged me for the cleaning), and in the end, they told me that they are fine as "all new air conditioners with R32 operate like this, regardless of the manufacturer." Good technologically with many functions on the LG ThinQ, but it does not perform well in heating. Additionally, its fan is noisy. Even in jet mode, the air is almost cold during heating.
Καλό τεχνολογικά με πολλές λειτουργίες στο lg thinq αλλά δεν αποδίδει στην θέρμανση , επίσης ο ανεμιστήρας του είναι θορυβώδης.

24 BTU. Dog, it doesn't burn anything, it cools a 90 sq.m. house.
For the 1000+ euros, it's not justified that its plastics are so cheap that with small temperature changes it makes loud "crack-crook" noises (in the middle of the night), even when it's off. At least it does its job perfectly.

A simple and beautiful air conditioner. The only negative thing I have to point out so far is an annoying creaking noise it makes when I operate it on the lowest setting, which can drive you crazy at times but may also be a material flaw. I haven't even bothered to work with the wifi functions and probably won't. All of these are unnecessary in practice.

I have two units, a 9,000 BTU and a 12,000 BTU. I have had them for about a month. Initially, I was excited about the wifi connectivity, the ability to monitor power consumption, the minimal noise, and the illuminated remote control. Unfortunately, I noticed a strange operation in the heating function compared to air conditioners from other brands. The compressor would shut off too early and couldn't reach the desired room temperature. Trying to understand what was happening, I discovered that the internal thermostat was reading the temperature of the air intake at the top of the unit instead of the actual room temperature, resulting in a 4-degree difference. I reported the issue while it was still under warranty, and they responded promptly. Initially, they identified the problem, replaced the temperature sensor, but it didn't solve the issue. In a second appointment, they replaced the circuit board. During the technician's test, there were no signs of improvement, and the weather had gotten warmer, which wasn't ideal for testing. I assume it will be more of the same, and I will have to learn to operate these air conditioners differently than my previous ones. I mean, I will probably have to program it to 24 degrees when I want a room temperature of 20, something like that. After testing the cooling function, I can say that I am completely satisfied. Their performance in cooling is excellent, completely silent, and very energy-efficient. If LG releases a software update that allows you to choose between the unit's sensor and the remote control, like the inventors have, for example, the problem would be solved, but I see it as unlikely.
Έχω δυο μονάδες, ενα 9αρι και ενα 12αρι. Τα έχω στην κατοχή μου περίπου έναν μήνα. Αρχικά με ενθουσίασε η δυνατότητα σύνδεσης wifi, η δυνατότητα να δεις την κατανάλωση ρεύματος, ο ελάχιστος θόρυβος, το φωτιζόμενο τηλεκοντρόλ. Δυστυχώς όμως στην πορεία διαπίστωσα περίεργη λειτουργία στη θέρμανση σε σύγκριση με κλιματιστικά άλλων εταιρειών. Έκοβε ο συμπιεστής πολύ νωρίς και δεν κατάφερνε να πάει τη θερμοκρασία του χώρου στο επιθυμητό σημείο. Προσπαθώντας λοιπόν να καταλάβω τι συμβαίνει διαπίστωσα οτι ο εσωτερικός του θερμοστάτης διαβάζει την θερμοκρασία εισόδου αερα στο πάνω μέρος της μονάδας και οχι την πραγματική θερμοκρασία του χώρου και έχουν απόκλιση 4 βαθμούς. Το έδωσα βλάβη καθώς είναι μέσα στην εγγύηση και ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα. Αρχικά διαπίστωσαν το πρόβλημα, αντικατέστησαν αισθητήρα θερμοκρασίας χωρίς όμως κάποιο αποτέλεσμα και σε δεύτερο ραντεβού αντικατέστησαν την πλακέτα. Στην δοκιμή που έκανε ο τεχνικός δεν έδειξε σημάδια βελτίωσης ενώ ο καιρός πλέον ζέστανε και δεν βοηθάει για δοκιμή. Υποθέτω πως θα είναι μια από τα ίδια και θα πρέπει να μάθω να λειτουργώ τα συγκεκριμένα κλιματιστικά με διαφορετικό τρόπο απ ότι τα προηγούμενα που είχα. Εννοώ οτι θα πρέπει μάλλον οταν θέλω θερμοκρασία χώρου 20 να το προγραμματίζω στους 24, κάπως έτσι. Μετά από δοκιμή στην ψύξη μπορώ να πω οτι έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος. Εξαιρετική η απόδοσή τους στην ψύξη, εντελώς αθόρυβα και πολύ οικονομικά. Εαν βγάλει κάποια αναβάθμιση λογισμικού η LG και σου δίνει την δυνατότητα να επιλέγεις ανάμεσα στον αισθητήρα της μονάδας και του χειριστηρίου, όπως έχουν για παράδειγμα τα inventor, το πρόβλημα θα λυνόταν αλλά το βλέπω λίγο δύσκολο.

Initially, very good installation. In terms of appearance, in my opinion, it has quite a good design with a very nice illuminated remote control.
Heating operation 12/2022-01/2023: silent with very good performance and extremely economical in consumption.
Cooling operation 7-8/2023: very good performance, tested during heatwaves, plenty of settings both for temperature (room temp. indication) and for the flow in the internal diffusers (left-right) and for the energy percentage (80%-60%-40%), economical (kWh consumption indication), very good wireless remote (dual functions), and connection with LGThikQ (LG app, you download it from Google Play, register the device) for control and operation from your mobile, it has WiFi.
Cooling operation 7-8/2024, very good operation but there is a noise—whistling sound from the external unit, I suspect compressor bearings.

Αρχικά πολύ καλή εγκατάσταση. Εμφανισιακά κατά την γνώμη μου πάντα, έχει αρκετά καλό σχεδιασμό με πολύ καλό φωτιζώμενο χειριστήριο.
Λειτουργία ζέστο 12/2022-01/2023: αθόρυβο με πολυ καλή απόδοση και πάρα πολύ οικονομικό στην κατανάλωση.
Λειτουργία κρύο 7-8/2023: πολύ καλή απόδοση δοκιμάστηκε στους καύσωνες, ρυθμίσεις αρκετές και στην θερμοκρασία(ένδειξη θερμ. χώρου) και στην ροή στους εσωτερικούς diffuser(αριστερά-δεξιά) και στο ποσοστό ενέργειας(80%-60%-40%), οικονομικό(Ένδειξη κατανάλωσης kwH), πολύ καλό ασύρματο χειριστήριο(διπλές λειτουργίες), και σύνδεση με LGThikQ(λειτουργικό LG το κατεβάζεις απο Google Play, δηλώνεις την συσκεύη) για έλεγχο και λειτουργία απο το κινητό, έχει WiFi.
Λειτουργία κρύο 7-8/2024, πολύ καλή λειτουργία αλλά ακούγεται θόρυβος-συριγμός απο την εξωτερική μονάδα, κουζινέτα συμπιεστή υποπτεύομαι.

It was installed in early August, in a 45sqm house in the living room-kitchen which is 30sqm, it does a good job, if I use turbo it also reaches the room, but I installed it to hit the corridor. The only downside is that the turbo mode works for an hour, then it turns off by itself and switches to 18 degrees with normal fan speed

Το μόνο κακό είναι ότι το turbo mode δουλεύει για μια ώρα, μετά βγαίνει μονο του και μπαίνει στους 18 βαθμους με νορμαλ ταχύτητα ανεμηστήρων
A year ago, I replaced three Panasonic 9000 BTU units that were 15-20 years old in the bedrooms and one 12000 BTU unit in the living room with four corresponding LG Ocean units of the same BTU in the same positions.
The old Panasonics performed clearly better than the new LGs. Especially in the living room, the new LG is completely inadequate. While the old Panasonic cooled the entire living room without any problem, the new LG cannot lower the temperature below 29 degrees, even after many hours of operation.
Why did I buy these specific air conditioners? Mainly because their specifications were good (SEER, SCOP, etc.), because they had horizontal and vertical airflow, because they were cheaper than others with similar specifications, and because they had the LG name.
Last year, the team that installed the LGs warned me that LG air conditioners are among the worst and that they have nothing to do with LG TVs, which are among the best. But it was too late; I had obviously already purchased them.
This year, I decided to call the representative to complain that they are not performing. They sent a team, cleaned them for me (of course, they charged me for the cleaning), and in the end, they told me that they are fine as "all new air conditioners with R32 operate like this, regardless of the manufacturer." I don't think so.
Two weeks ago, I installed an Inventor Legend 12000 BTU air conditioner in the kitchen, where the situation was unbearable with this year's heat. The Inventor, which also has R32, keeps the entire kitchen cold continuously, even when the oven and burners are in full operation (we are cooking for 7 people).
I am absolutely disappointed with LG. If you want an air conditioner to cool the space, then buy Inventor, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, or something else -- definitely not LG. If you want an air conditioner for some other reason besides cooling the space, then buy LG if you like.
Πριν από ένα χρόνο αντικατέστησα τρία Panasonic 15-20 ετών των 9000 btu που είχα σε υπνοδωμάτια κι ένα των 12000 btu στο σαλόνι με τέσσερα αντίστοιχα LG Ocean των ίδιων btu στις ίδιες θέσεις.
Τα παλιά Panasonic απέδιδαν σαφώς καλύτερα από τα καινούργια LG. Ειδικά στο σαλόνι το καινούργιο LG είναι παντελώς ανεπαρκές. Ενώ το παλιό Panasonic δρόσιζε όλο το σαλόνι χωρίς πρόβλημα, το καινούργιο LG αδυνατεί να κατεβάσει τη θερμοκρασία κάτω από τους 29 βαθμούς, ακόμα και μετά από πολλές ώρες λειτουργίας.
Γιατί αγόρασα τα συγκεκριμένα κλιματιστικά; Κυρίως διότι οι προδιαγραφές τους ήταν καλές (SEER, SCOP κλπ), διότι είχαν οριζόντια και κάθετη κίνηση πτερυγίων, διότι ήταν φθηνότερα από άλλα με αντίστοιχες προδιαγραφές, και διότι είχαν το όνομα LG.
Πέρσι, το συνεργείο που εγκατέστησε τα LG με προειδοποίησε ότι τα κλιματιστικά LG είναι από τα χειρότερα και ότι δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με τις τηλεοράσεις LG που είναι από τις καλύτερες. Αλλά ήταν αργά, προφανώς τα είχα ήδη αγοράσει.
Φέτος αποφάσισα να καλέσω την αντιπροσωπεία για να παραπονεθώ ότι δεν αποδίδουν. Έστειλαν συνεργείο, μου τα καθάρισαν (φυσικά με χρέωσαν για τον καθαρισμό), και στο τέλος μου είπαν ότι είναι μια χαρά καθώς "έτσι λειτουργούν όλα τα νέα κλιματιστικά με R32, ασχέτως κατασκευαστή". Δεν νομίζω.
Πριν από δυο εβδομάδες εγκατέστησα ένα κλιματιστικό Inventor Legend 12000 btu στην κουζίνα, όπου η κατάσταση ήταν ανυπόφορη με τις φετινές ζέστες. Το Inventor, που κι αυτό R32 έχει, κρατάει διαρκώς όλη τη κουζίνα κρύα, ακόμα κι όταν ο φούρνος και τα μάτια είναι σε πλήρη λειτουργία (μαγειρεύουμε για 7 άτομα).
Είμαι απολύτως απογοητευμένος από την LG. Αν θέλετε κλιματιστικό για να ψύχει τον χώρο τότε αγοράστε Inventor, Panasonic, Mitsubishi ή κάτι άλλο -- πάντως όχι LG. Αν θέλετε κλιματιστικό για κάποιον άλλο λόγο εκτός από το να ψύχει τον χώρο, τότε αγοράστε και LG αν σας αρέσει.
Performance, economy, etc. perfect.
Problems:
- The thermometer is in a strange position on the sides, so during the day when the wall emits heat (from the sides), it confuses it and reads a higher room temperature, resulting in setting it to 28C and getting 25C. It works correctly in this area at night. During the day, you constantly have to adjust it to maintain the desired temperature.
- The sleep mode makes it completely silent and blows a gentle breeze, but: 1. it raises the temperature by 2 degrees within 1 hour, causing you to wake up from the heat, and 2. this fan level is not available without activating the sleep mode.
- After 5-6 hours of operation, the louvers "forget" their position and reset to the middle, resulting in blowing air exactly where you sleep and waking up from the cold - or cooling on the neck. This also happens when you connect it to the mobile app and Wi-Fi.
- The remote control does not have backlighting at night.

Προβλήματα:
- Το θερμόμετρο είναι σε περίεργο σημείο στα πλάγια, οπότε μέσα στη μέρα που εκπέμπει θερμότητα ο τοίχος (απο τα πλάγια), το ξεγελάει και διαβάζει παραπάνω θερμοκρασία χώρου, με αποτέλεσμα να ζητάς 28C και να παίρνεις 25C. Το βράδυ δουλέυει σωστά σε αυτόν τον τομέα. Μέσα στη μέρα θέλει συνέχεια "να το πειράζεις" για να κρατάς τη θερμοκρασία που θέλεις.
- το sleep mode το κάνει εντελώς αθόρυβο και φυσάει ενα απαλό αεράκι, αλλα: 1. ανεβάζει 2 βαθμούς μεσα σε 1 ωρα, με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάς απο τη ζέστη και 2. αυτο το επίπεδο ανεμιστήρα δεν υπάρχει χωρίς να ανοίξεις το sleep mode.
- Μετά απο 5-6 ώρες λειτουργίας, η περσίδα "ξεχνάει" τη θέση της και κάνει επαναφορά στη μέση, με αποτέλεσμα να φυσάει ακριβώς εκεί που κοιμάσαι και να ξυπνάς απο το κρύο - η την ψύξη στον αυχένα. Αυτό συμβαίνει και οταν το συνδέσεις με την εφαρμογή στο κινητό και wifi.
- το τηλεκοντρόλ δεν έχει φωτισμό το βράδυ.
Only in cooling for 2 months now. No issues in the living room, the temperature drops immediately.
The consumption in auto mode is usually at 0.86Kwh.
The connection with the app was fast and easy.
Just so you know, the wifi opens if you press energy ctrl and jet mode simultaneously for 3-4 seconds, the air conditioner makes a sound, you hear it and then you can leave it.
The connection to Google Home is easy.
It changes temperature with voice commands using Google.
Overall, very satisfied. I also installed a 9000 BTU unit in a room and a 24 BTU unit in my parents' house. I highly recommend it, it has protection against voltage fluctuations
Μονο σε ψυξη 2 μηνες τωρα. Δεν εχει κανενα θεμα σε σαλοκουζινα, η θερμοκρασια πεφτει αμεσα.
Η καταναλωση στο auto συνηθως ειναι στα 0,86Kwh./
Η συνδεση με την εφαρμογη ηταν γρηγορη και ευκολη.
Το wifi να ξερετε ανοιγει αν πατησεται energy ctrl και jet mode ταυτοχρονα για 3-4 δευτερολεπτα κανει ενα ηχο το air condition τον ακουτε και τα αφήνεται.
Η συνδεση στο google home ευκολη.
Αλλαζει θερμοκρασια με την φωνη με την google.
Γενικα πολυ ευχαριστημενος. Εβαλα και ενα 9000αρι σε δωματιο και ενα 24αρι στο σπιτι των γονιων μου. Το συνιστω με 1000 εχει προστασια και απο διακυμανσεις στις τασεις
Well, I have 3 LG Ocean Dualcool. They are very good. The connection to smart home in the Google ecosystem is very easy. Opening and closing them with voice is no issue at all.
For cooling, everything is perfect for a 16sqm space with the 9000btu. My concern is the consumption, it burns as much as the 18,000btu (i.e. 0.85KWh) according to the app sometimes, even though it is on medium and eco mode on low and eco, it doesn't burn anything (0.25KWh).
In the end, for a bedroom, it is the best, it doesn't burn anything.
Λοιπον εχω 3 LG Ocean Dualcool. Ειναι πολυ καλα. Οι συνδεση στο smart home σε οικοσυστημα google πανευκολο. Ανοιγοκλεινουν με την φωνη κανενα θεμα.
Για ψυξη προς το παρον ολα τελεια για ενα χωρο 16τ.μ για το 9000btu. Το θεμα μου ειναι η καταναλωση καιει οσο το 18.000btw (δλδ 0,85KWh) λεει η εφαρμογη μερικες φορες ενω ειναι στο medium και eco στο low και eco δεν καιει τιποτα 0,25KWh.
Εν τελη για ενα υπνοδωματιο ειναι οτι καλυτερο δεν καιει τιποτα.
