The first one lasted 4 years. It broke. They told us it was a material failure, fortunately it was 1 month before the warranty expired and they sent us another one. Of course, I paid the installer to change it. The second one lasted better, 4.5 years!! Of course, I changed the anode set every year to keep the warranty valid +250 € (50 x 5 = 250€). Disappointment.

I have the 160 liters, glass with two collectors. In the seven years, leakage, with anode change, refrigerant every two years strictly. Supposedly, I paid to get Nobel quality. Terrible, never again.

In 5 years, water is leaking from the seams of the toilet. It was stainless steel. Maintenance regularly every 16 months, including changing the anode. The company's support was nonexistent. A response stating that they do not cover it. The warranty had expired for 2 months. They never answered subsequent questions.

After 7 years, the boiler has a water leak, while every 2 years the anode and the coolant fluid were changed. The company does not take any responsibility because the 5-year warranty period has passed, while other companies offer 10 years or more. Unacceptable for so much money for only 7 years.
