Technical Inspection and Safety

The ZA65 head requires the inspection of the compressor's peripheral systems, such as the automatic pressure switch and the check valve. The presence of a safety valve in the air tank is mandatory for safe operation under pressure. The 300 mm diameter flywheel with a 1A type groove ensures optimal power transmission, while the distance between the base holes allows easy adaptation to various mounting bases.

Installation and Maintenance Instructions

To ensure the longevity of the head, installation must be done carefully. It is necessary to add oil (SAE 30 or 40) to the crankcase before the first start, while the number of revolutions should be set at least 15% below the maximum limit to protect the engine. Also, the flywheel rotation direction must follow the recommended arc for proper cooling of the cylinders, and the fittings and drive belt must be tightened properly to avoid leaks and losses.
