Features

  • The wood is first quality, kiln-dried and pressure-treated, 36mm x 46mm.
  • The inner geotextile fabric is Span Bond 80gr/m2.
  • No drilling is needed as it is special for slowly passing water while retaining the soil.
  • With UV protection so it does not degrade from the sun.
  • With heavy-duty polypropylene strap handles for transporting the pot.
  • The connection of the pieces is done with stainless nails 80mm x 3mm and metal plates 15mm on all sides.
  • Can be painted in the color of your choice.
  • Certified for the preservative used in the treatment that ensures the wood will not undergo any degradation for at least 25 years in an outdoor environment.
  • For extra durability, it is recommended to treat the planter with wood preservative annually.

Pots and planters are manufactured in any dimension. This option is available for orders of more than three pieces.

Treatment

Once the wood takes its final shape, it is placed in special kilns that are filled with water and preservative, then subjected to a pressure of 12 atmospheres for approximately 3 hours, resulting in the preservative penetrating to the heart of the wood and stabilizing its structure. This method achieves maximum longevity as it prevents attacks from microorganisms such as fungi, insects, or bacteria that decompose the wood.
