It is equipped with the latest Wi-Fi 6 standard for speeds up to 40% faster than Wi-Fi 5.

Finally, the battery life can reach up to 20 hours with just one charge.

M1, a small chip, a huge leap

The first processor designed for Mac, featuring 8 cores, allowing the MacBook Pro to be extremely fast and powerful.

With 16 billion transistors, it integrates a processor, graphics card, Neural Engine, and much more in a tiny size.

It has 4 cores for everyday processor tasks, leaving the other 4 performance cores to handle the most demanding processes.

And all 8 cores contribute to the quality of the computer's graphics, allowing even 8K resolution videos to play smoothly without issues.

Machine learning

The 16-core Neural Engine brings speed and automation to video analysis, voice recognition, image processing, and much more. The M1 processor can perform up to 11 trillion operations per second, supporting functions you couldn't imagine. Like allowing the djay Pro AI app to isolate instruments and vocals from any song in real time.

macOS Big Sur

Designed to unlock the capabilities of the M1 processor. Big Sur transforms your computer with immense performance and much more. Beautiful new design with innovative personal data security features.

Retina display

With the Retina display, images have an incredible level of detail and realism.

  • The text is clear and crisp.
  • The LED backlight provides deep blacks and bright whites.
  • The wide P3 color brings even more vibrant greens and reds than sRGB.
  • Every MacBook Pro features True Tone technology, so the white balance automatically adjusts to match the color temperature of the light around you for a more natural viewing experience.

Camera and microphones

FaceTime HD camera

The M1 chip helps you look even better. Advanced noise reduction makes dark areas more intense, and face detection uses the Neural Engine for better white balance and exposure levels for even more natural skin tones.

Triple microphone

Studio-quality without the studio. Enhanced signal-to-noise ratio rivals that of professional microphones.

Magic Keyboard

The Magic Keyboard allows you to do everything faster and more efficiently.

  • The scissor mechanism provides a responsive, comfortable, and quiet typing experience.
  • The touch bar puts the commands you need most right where you need them, saving time and keystrokes.
  • Touch ID provides fast, easy authentication for secure logins and purchases.

Touch ID

A touch on the sensor instantly unlocks your Mac, and a press locks it.

Use your fingerprint to rent movies, purchase apps, or access things like locked documents or system settings without having to enter your password again.

When making purchases on the web with Apple Pay, Touch ID automatically fills in your shipping and billing information without sharing your card details.

  • Wi-Fi 6, the next generation of Wi-Fi is not just faster, it keeps the MacBook Pro powerful, even as more and more devices join the network.
  • Thunderbolt / USB 4, the extremely high data transfer rate meets flexibility. Thunderbolt allows data transfer, charging, and video output through a single port, and the MacBook Pro has two of them.

Thunderbolt 3

Thunderbolt 3 is the USB-C that does it all. Thunderbolt 3 at 40Gb/s brings lightning-fast speed and performance to USB-C, creating a thin, reversible compact port that provides the fastest, most versatile connection to any docking station, display, or data device.

Wi-Fi 6

WiFi 6 offers you smooth streaming, greater range, and increased capacity. Enjoy faster WiFi speeds from multiple devices simultaneously.

It also provides you with a 40% increase in data flow and is fully compatible with older WiFi devices.

The best thing I had in my life!!! I had a 2006 Mac Mini for audio editing and a 2007 Mac Pro for the same reason, and I used them fully until 2015. Then I listened to the advice of friends, etc., and switched to Windows, which I ended up paying a lot for in 6 years. I have one thing to tell you: if you want to be called a professional and work non-stop with the tool, here it is!! Everything about it is positive!! I worked with 18 tracks simultaneously and it didn't freeze for a second. It's worth the money and more, considering that the resale price lasts for at least 4-5 years. The only flaw I had with the computer (although I think it can be fixed with a little research) is that I left the external one in the hub and closed the screen, and because it was drawing power, it drained the battery...

Well, I have had the computer for about a month and it is simply a beast! It is worth it for anyone who needs a laptop that is top-performing and it is also from Apple.

Well, user, for the past 2 months I have to say the following.. First of all, I got it with the condition to edit some videos because video editing on a computer with Microsoft was quite time-consuming compared to my iPhone XR. It would output my files in MOV format, but it wouldn't support them correctly. Sometimes it would play them, sometimes it wouldn't. In short, it frustrated me and I had to convert some of them. Generally, as you may know, Apple's compatibility with other operating systems is somewhat difficult... So, I decided that I should save time from all this and the only way was to get this specific machine. Guys... we're talking about speed... a lot of speed. Now everything happens very quickly, with a very powerful battery. I attend webex classes while editing and playing YouTube at the same time. The speaker is awesome, with very good sound. The only thing I didn't like is the camera resolution. Other than that, if you have the money, get it, it's a tool!

I will say mediocre for 2 reasons!
First, the connection with an external monitor is completely unstable. It has a problem and it seems to be a hardware issue. There are many forums that mention the screen turning on and off at 30hz instead of the normal 60hz. Many times, you have to reboot it to fix it, and sometimes you have to unplug and replug the adapter to get a signal.
No, it's not the adapter's fault. I tried 2 Satechi and official Apple adapters, and it's not the cable either. I also tried 4 different cables. I had the same issues with any monitor or TV I connected it to, just like many other people!
And the second reason is Bluetooth. It also has issues with either the mouse or the sound. There is a 1/2 second delay, and the only solution is to reset the Bluetooth devices. But it's unacceptable for a laptop that costs 1,500 euros to have such problems!
Nevertheless, I won't change it. The battery is amazing and the performance is incredible. I just wouldn't buy it again if I knew about these issues. I would wait for the second generation!
