    It is expensive but visually stunning! It decorates my counter! It really looks like a pleated skirt. Boils quickly and switches off immediately once the water boils. You can also stop it before boiling is complete if you want a lower temperature. I was looking for a small and functionally simple kettle. Not too tall and without temperature settings, etc. I never used the 1.7 liters that most have. This one is only 20 centimeters tall and ideal for the spot where I placed it. 15 centimeters base diameter. Its lid is integrated and you open it from the button on top. It is the nicest kettle I have ever had. The only negative is that it doesn't have a water level indicator, but for me that's not a problem because I very rarely boil more than 2 cups of water.
