The Pro-Ject Audio Systems Phono Box RS is a phono preamplifier with ultra-low noise and distortion, designed to deliver stunning performance from the phono cartridge through a unique range of adjustments. Proper resistance matching is essential for optimizing the cartridge's performance, and the Phono Box RS offers one of the most unique industry solutions for this. Continuously adjustable (even ‘on-the-fly’) loading is available through the front-end potentiometer, allowing you to ‘tweak’ while you listen.

Dual-Mono Design
High-quality materials are used throughout the dual-mono circuit topology to ensure exceptional quietness and sound clarity. Unique features include a fully passive, selectable RIAA and DECCA phono equalization circuits, MM/MC capability with adjustable capacitance, and fully balanced inputs & outputs. A heavily shielded metal chassis is used to protect the circuitry from the negative effects of vibrations and electrical interference.
