Έχει πολύ γερό κράτημα, εγώ με 70 κιλά σε κάθε πλευρά της μπάρας δεν αντιμετώπισα πρόβλημα. Για παραπάνω δεν έχω εικόνα. Μιλάμε πάντα για μπάρα που εξαρχής έπαιρνε βιδωτά κολάρα δηλαδή μπάρα με βόλτες.
