GRILLS, CHASSIS AND BRACKETS

The cabinets are made from very hard and durable polymer to minimize distortions, vibrations, or resonances. Many models feature closed cabinets for perfect waterproofing, while selected models have front bass-reflex cabinets for improved bass performance. The sturdy brass and rust-resistant materials, as well as the aluminum grille (in selected models), make the TOS series completely weather-resistant and rust-proof. The mounting bases are very easy to install and allow the speakers to be placed in vertical and horizontal positions. All grilles and cabinets of TAGA Harmony speakers are painted.

TWEETERS

Depending on the model, 1” (25mm), 0.75” (19mm), or 0.5” (13mm) ferrofluid-cooled and damped silk, PEI, or high-quality titanium dome tweeters (TPTTD Taga Pure Titanium Tweeter Dome) are used. SM models use a dual 1” PEI dome for wider sound dispersion. The performance of the tweeters can be characterized as very accurate, clear, smooth, and detailed, as they can withstand high power. Special attention is given to equal and flat sound dispersion both on and off the driver axis.

WOOFER

The woofer uses a polypropylene cone (or reinforced paper in selected models) and a heavy voice coil (dual in SM models), and the coil's body is responsible for high power handling and for deep, accurate, and detailed bass, as well as rich, sweet mid frequencies.

FULL-RANGE DRIVER

In selected models, we use high-performance full-range drivers with a polypropylene cone. These provide a very good frequency balance with detailed and accurate highs, rich and open mids, and well-defined lows.

CROSSOVER (SELECTED MODELS)

High-quality, closely tolerated, and carefully selected crossover components and internal wiring for absolute sound neutrality, high long-term power, and reliability.

SPEAKER CONNECTION TERMINALS

All speakers use high-quality, gold-plated connection terminals that accept speaker wires up to 10AWG and the most popular types of plugs.
