It has labels from Germany since 1914 or something like that, and it had a plastic residue on the spout. The rest on the sides is fine, but what can you do about that? The first time it boiled perfectly, but then it started making noise and struggling, and finally the water boiled. I had a similar domestic one, I'm very sorry that its life ended and it's no longer available
